Great location. Staff are very approachable and accommodating. Located in the heart if Kajang Bus Station. Convenient store, mamak and other restaurants are within walking distance. Kudos to one of the Indian staff there, she is indeed a helpful lady and should be promoted.

staff okay, bilik pun okay. iron ada dekat level 3 je tak silap, tapi iron & iron board dia memang in good condition. for me, sangat okay cuma tak recommend sangat if check in malam for solo girl traveller sebab area dia quite sunyi at night.

The rate we paid to Trip.com was far more expensive compared to walk-in rate. The room was too small.. hardly any space to move about & no space to pray except in front of the bathroom where the doormat was placed; which was less than 2 feet x 7 feet.

The very fat lady cheating my deposit. She check room with damn floor towel with Coca-Cola then she charged my money from my deposit but after she said I didn’t charged and give back me money but she took money from my deposit RM20. Bad service 🫵🏽

The hotel seemed to be renovated recently, and the smell of cement was strong. But the upside is brand new bathroom. The bedroom part however, more effort needed for details. Trash from the previous guest can still be found in the room. Torn wallpapers were not repaired, and the walls still have stains of moses and hands. Overall, the experience had been good.

Broken hair easily found Very very dusty under the bed. Generally just clean enough. Some spots on the sheets. Toilet is very clean though

The third time staying here. The staff was good. Just cleanliness need to improve. I was given ground floor. The lobby was noisy even around 12 midnight. Sound proof was bad. Very near to UKM.
