Beyond our expectation and very underrated! Staff very polite and helpful. They helped us to order taxi, using washing machine and even let us use her phone to contact our relative in Kaiping. Room is very clean and modern. It has microwave, dishwasher and stove in the room. Room is futuristic! All can be controlled by button. Curtain, speaker, lamp and aircon. They have a laundry room as well and very cheap. Overall we liked it and enjoy our stay so much! Also it was easy to get around and find restaurants as their location is very strategic! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I rarely leave a review during my stay but this hotel deserves it!

Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

Very good hotel, rooms are cheap, clean, big and comfortable. Bed is soft, many pillows. Room has washer, dryer, kitchen, fridge, very good for longer stays. Location is good, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

服務挺好的，很有耐心。酒店有提供免費停車場就在酒店後面，房間寬敞，衞生也挺好，住得舒服，早餐口味不錯，還去了赤坎古鎮遊玩。

忍不住評價一下,房間環境是我非常滿意的，超喜歡這個大窗户，我下午入住的時候剛好有一束陽光照進來，好有氛圍感[玫瑰]冬天特別温暖，真的太美了！另外衞生也很乾凈[強]前台小姐Jane辦理入住一直保持美麗的笑容[笑臉]我想這個酒店的管理也是不錯的！

我是一個很注重衞生的人，一進來這個房間，我首先看衞生間的環境，特別看這個下水道，就知道這個酒店衞生方面還是挺嚴格的[強]酒店還有免費停車場和健身房，設施齊全，環境也不錯👍下次來開平玩還會選擇這裏[呲牙]

酒店地理位置非常優秀，房間乾淨舒適，還有齊備的廚具設備，真是商務出差，親子出遊優秀選擇。

我是開平本地人，都沒有注意到開平有一家這樣的酒店。第一次入住這裏，真的好舒服，不像其他酒店一股黴味，一進房間空氣都是清新的！主要是房間裏有大窗户和廚房！還有，前台小姐姐好耐心好温柔啊！！！

早餐不錯 很有開平特色 就是碳水含量較高😂 晚上的話 路邊的車有點吵 有可能是因為新年的原因

一般我都不願意點評，但是這個酒店是公寓式的，一進門有驚喜到！房間有冰箱廚房，廚具都配好了，而且很乾凈，和朋友做了一頓飯吃，太爽了！忘記拍照了，走的時候還發現了一個健身房👍
