Property This is a beautiful backwater property located 12- 13 kms far from Alleppey. Rooms They have multiple room categories. They have rooms with swimming pool inside it and villa kind of individual rooms. Rooms are huge spacious with all basic and required amenities. Complimentary Shikara They offer complimentary Shikara ride in backwaters to their guests. Food The dining area has a mesmerizing view of backwaters. They offer JAIN FOOD. Compared to other hotels that we stayed during our Kerala trip the number of items in breakfast were limited. Amenities In amenities they have swimming pool, complimentary Shikara ride and other paid water activities as well. Nearby there is a place to enjoy Kayaking as well but we didn't had time to visit. Wheel Chair They have wheel chairs available for disabled or elderly people. Staff and Service Service is good and staff is also cooperative and supportive

Too much higher price for this type of rooms no proper room service not clean rooms have to tell minimum 3 to 4 times if we need something bathroom are not clean.. No proper response from staff food also not good... Waste of time and money......

Our stay at Paloma Resort in Alleppey was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled right on the bank of the serene Backwater Lake, this resort delivers a truly immersive experience in the heart of Kerala’s natural beauty. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were struck by the calm atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff, whose genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. Our room, which faced the expansive lake, offered an incredible view. Waking up to the shimmering waters of Backwater Lake and soaking in the peaceful vibes from our private balcony was an experience we won’t soon forget. It felt as if nature was just an arm’s length away, and every sunset over the lake was pure magic. The culinary journey at Paloma Resort was equally impressive. The dishes were crafted with love, highlighting the freshest local ingredients and offering a delightful range of vegetarian delicacies that tantalized our taste buds. Each meal, served with care, was a celebration of Kerala’s rich culinary heritage. Paloma Resort is more than just a place to stay; it’s a sanctuary where you can truly unwind and connect with nature. Whether you’re exploring the tranquil backwaters or simply relaxing in your elegant, lake-view room, the resort promises a serene and unforgettable retreat. Awesome property on Back Waters with excellent room. Very courteous staff and quick service. Mr Vishnu front desk Manager was very helpful and gave a lot of tips on sight seeing. Would highly recommend this property for relaxing. Food was great. Will definitely visit this property again.

The moment you enter the property,you will feel the calmness. It’s been spread over a large area with beautiful view of Backwater. There are lots of spaces to sit and hang around. The rooms are in Villa style with attached balcony ,where you can relax and see the Houseboat moving around on backwater. The view is so soothing that you will want to spend hours with a cup of coffee. They have a very good maintained Swimming Pool with infinity style, where you relax and again can see the backwater. They provide a complimentary Shikara ride which one should avail. We also opted for Kayaking, which they organise with a trainer and it was a super experience. One should do it once. The food menu was limited and since the property is on backwater itself, there are a lot of insects in the evening. So it’s better to have dinner in the room. Overall a super experience.

This resort is quiet interiors where you won't find nothing nearby. You also cannot venture outside the hotel because there's nothing outside its gate. The property is so amazing ***** with the lake view so that you can just chill in the evening and in the pool. I must say this is one of the best properties I have visited in recent times, but, but, the service is not at all up to the mark. You need to make repetitive calls for anything you require, be it for housekeeping or room service. There are very limited options for vegetarians and the spread in the breakfast was also quite limited. The only saviour of this property is the lake view and the rooms which are quite good. The hotel also provides complimentary one-hour shikara ride which you can enjoy, but there's lack of manpower, personnel to cater to the needs of the guest when we visited in the first week of December 2023.

Paloma team and hospitality staff is very friendly and accommodating to your concerns & needs. Rooms, common area & pool is well maintained. Restaurant is very neat and spacious enough offering descent tasty food options. The new team set by Mr. Vishnu is working hard to bring in new facilities and experience to the guests, as expressed enough. Current Must try - One can try out their exclusive Pool Villas and few other corner villas for it's distinct charm & privacy offered. Wishing the best to Paloma & team. Thank you...

I visited the property yesterday and the experience was really good. The location is the first attraction. We stayed in the Premium lake view room with the most serene view of the lake. We could spend hours just on the balcony alone! The room was clean and well maintained. We used the pool in the evening and got to see the sunset from the pool which was a super cool experience. The property is in a very pristine condition with beautiful walkways. We were really impressed with the hospitality of the team there. The Resort Manager, the Receptionists, the room boys, the security... everyone was quite friendly and accommodating. The extent they all go to help us out is praiseworthy. To sum up, we enjoyed every bit of our stay there and would visit again, for sure.

A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location, with views nd peaceful , The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again.because it’s best to relax nd enjoy the nature ….
