Best hotel in Kaifeng for holidays and a good choice if on business. Hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of a wetland park. Hotel has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel including pool, gym, kids play area and gym.

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

The hotel was a great location and quite new. Service was OK, afternoon tea was poor. Great garden and easy to access tourist attractions. Recommend for family travellers👍🏻

Very good location , next to the Qing Ming Shang He Yuan theme park . Hotel ground is huge but they can fetch you to and from the entrance opp the park via buggy . Breakfast is very good . Room is very spacious and comfortable bed/ pillow . Hotel is busy with many meetings and product launches . Room Service is available for supper .

The hotel is getting a bit used up, but it is still one of the best stay. The shower is deep in, which can be a little challenging for elderly.

Kids friendly. Many activities for kids like swimming pool and kid's play room. Close to Qing Ming Shang He park.

設施：設施還可以的 環境好 和其他城市鉑爾曼標準不一樣 略高 環境：環境沒得説啦 在大濕地公園裡對面就是清明上河園 挺好 鬧鐘取靜 但酒店門口的噴泉池壞掉了 影響美觀 影響財運 要注意⚠️尤其是節假日這麼人流高峯的時候 服務：這個服務給禮兵團隊 該有的都有，第一印象很好，來回接駁車去清明上河園反應很迅速👍🏻還給早餐領位的服務員點贊👍🏻 這麼忙的情況下還問了咖啡和茶 流程細節沒有忽略 前台：辦理都還可以 沒問題，但是國慶期間我們還去住了濟南美爵，看見帶着小朋友，前台主動給了小牙刷小拖鞋，還有一點點小零食（小朋友很開心），對比開封鉑爾曼是有點冷冰冰😂 誰讓現在服務這麼卷 要知道 美爵和鉑爾曼不在一個level上 住店期間 享用了一下中餐廳 明顯沒有預判到生意量 一個小姑娘忙的暈頭轉向。後來喊了經理過來幫忙了，明顯經理來了好多了。當天人多上菜慢，可以理解。 説一下菜品：菜單有點差勁，沒圖片，全是文字，全靠想象，比如這個像鯉魚一樣的紅薯泥，叫汴京紅薯58元，非常甜，本來是給小朋友吃的，結果完全吃不了。田園沙拉48😂 不知道説什麼好，結果結賬的時候小票單子上寫的是牛油果沙拉68元，如果不細心看，就亂七八糟。灌湯包和脆皮烤鴨還是味道很好的，值得一試。

酒店入住體驗非常好，前期訂房因為房型問題一直在和前台馬小姐溝通，馬小姐非常有耐心，全力滿足我們的入住需求，服務周到，細緻點贊。入住後酒店歡迎大使孟洋細緻解答我們所有的問題。一路介紹開封當地的風土人情歷史文化。景區景點，當地小吃了解客人需求，甚至粧造都給我推薦了非常好的幾家，及時解決問題給出最佳方案，酒店所需物品配送也10分及時，總體入住感覺十分愉快，滿星好評，值得推薦。

早餐豐盛且房間外環境較好，最大亮點就是環境好，隱藏在公園裡，非常僻靜。設施很少見的下沉式淋浴間，沒有乾濕分離，房間內的飲料和零售全部要收費。相較於這個價格性價比不高。
