From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. La prima impressione non era buona. C'era qualcuno che fumava nel parcheggio quando siamo entrati e l'hotel ha questo lucido divertente. Inoltre, l'hotel è situato nel centro di un'area industriale w/ l'autostrada a destra. Sembrava molto desolato e inconveniente all'inizio. Ma quando si arriva alla sua stanza, è molto bello. Avevamo una camera da letto 2 e le letti erano pulite e ci era abbastanza spazio per entrambi. Mi aspettavo un bagno insensato, ma era bello anche. Buona stanza per la doccia e il bagno/toilet. Anche molto pulito. Sì, ci sono degli odori divertenti nelle stanze che altri hanno sottolineato. Non sono sicuro di dove provenga, ma puzza e penso che ci usiamo. Non è un po'sopportabile, ma un po' di fastidioso, forse è stato il condizionatore d'aria, ma la cosa migliore è stata la vicinanza all'università. Non devi prendere l'autostrada da qui per arrivare all'università. Le strade laterali e sarete lì in circa 10 minuti. Il prezzo è stato più economico in tutta la zona degli hotel. Prenotato attraverso Costco Travel. Per un 1-3 giorno visita l'hotel si adatta alle vostre esigenze.

Durante il mio soggiorno di quattro giorni, il colazione non era completamente immagazzinato, non ho ricevuto alcuna custodia, e mi è stato detto che non avevano asciugamani puliti per due giorni, ma inizialmente ho preso in considerazione un terribile momento. Viaggio molto, e a causa dell'Covid-19, molti hotel sono sottoscritti e il trasporto ritardato dei loro prodotti abituali. Tuttavia, quando ho espresso la mia preoccupazione per la custodia, il personale del front desk mi ha detto che ho pagato solo 95 dollari per notte per prenotare la stanza nonostante il servizio fosse incluso. Sulla base della sua dichiarazione, mi sentiva di non avere diritto agli stessi servizi degli altri ospiti perché mi prenotavo la stanza a un prezzo più basso. Inoltre, mi chiedo ancora se il mio colore della pelle abbia svolto un ruolo nella ragione per cui ha scelto di guardare la mia dichiarazione di fatturazione piuttosto che di cercare di affrontare le mie preoccupazioni come ospite. Sono ancora un ospite pagatore e merito di essere trattato come tale. Non tornerò mai.
