Hotel in zona Moderna Comercial S.A, Juan Diaz

I stayed at the hotel for two nights - one on either end of a recent trip to Panama with my parents and a friend. The booking process was simple and smooth, check-in was really easy with no surprises, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the cleaning measures in place during COVID-19 as we saw them constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces at breakfast, and we even had to wear gloves to serve ourselves the breakfast at the buffet. We were also very grateful when they were able to put together little lunchboxes for us because we were flying out really early and wouldn't be able to stop for breakfast on our last morning. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. And I liked that they had extra sanitizing wipes in each room too. We didn't get a chance to use the pool while we were there, but it looked nice from our window! Haha oh and the free parking right out front was super convenient. Very grateful for that! All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend if you need a hotel near the airport.

I stay with my wife and grand daughter for 3 nights to Panama City staying in Westin Hotel the second time. Bed, pillows are up to standard. We had the junior suite, so ordered an extra bed for my grand daughter. Services are great. Breakfast selection were also good. The staffs were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, also it is in a very good location.

Durante l'epidemia, la loro colazione a buffet è cambiata in un menu. Se la colazione è inclusa nella tariffa della camera, ci dovrebbero essere tre opzioni. Il cibo americano che abbiamo mangiato all'epoca era molto buono, ma il problema era che la porzione era un po' piccola. Se hai un grande appetito, non dovresti essere sazi, ma puoi anche spendere soldi per acquistare una bilancia da hotel extra, che è una struttura alberghiera a tre stelle molto soddisfacente. A quel tempo, non ho sperimentato la loro piscina all'aperto e non sono stato attento. Sapendo se è dovuto all'epidemia o ad altri motivi, il loro hotel non fornisce pantofole usa e getta. E aria condizionata

1) First 3 nights, pool was closed for renovation. Reception said ”No pool available”. Only this, I thought, the pool was completely closed. On the forth day, I saw, guests were swimming. I asked the reception. ”Yes, you can swim”. Why the reception could not inform us only 3 days closed? 2) No towel after cleaning. Also first 3 nights. I thought that the clean team forgot to leave it, but it was not forgetting, but not ready. Towels were delivered around 19:00 first 3 nights. I called the reception every night and they said ”We inform the responsible staff” and waited for hours. Why reception didn't answer ”Towels will be delivered around 19:00 today” or advised us for delay delivering in advance? Then I didn't have to call the reception every day. Anyway, I had to wait to take shower till 19:00. Outside was 30degrees, and I wanted to take a shower immediately. 3) Weak WIFI. WIFI at Reception was with 96 Mbps, however, room at the door was 14 Mbps and at bed, no signal anymore. At desk also 2 Mbps or no signal. It's impossible to watch streaming like Netflix or web meeting. Also no smart TV. 4) My room card key was invalided every day. I had to go to the reception after back to the hotel (Elevator works with valid room card key). If no guests are at the reception, it takes soon, but one day, big group was there, and I had to wait more than 10min or more. I had a take away food, and it was no more warm when I was back to the room. 5) They asked me an advance payment even flex rate booking. They need cash? 6) No refrigerator in a room.

Servizio: il servizio clienti è stato molto buono! Tutti gli individui erano molto caldi e cortesi, soprattutto il personale della cucina di mattina. Colazione: il colazione era molto buono. Ci sono stati molti articoli da scegliere. Hanno anche cercato di cambiare i diversi articoli/opzioni alimentari ogni giorno. Posizione: L'hotel è a pochi passi dall'aeroporto di Tocumen, forse circa 20-30 minuti di auto. L'hotel è proprio accanto a un KFC. Ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti e un bar vicino. Il taxi è facile da raggiungere all'hotel. A seconda della vostra destinazione, il prezzo è da 5USD alzato. Ambiente: Non mi piacevano davvero le ambiente, non erano fornite da dentifricio/pasta dentale e altre cose comuni che mi aspettavo per quanto riguarda le ambiente. Giorno: Era il compleanno di mio marito e siamo tornati e abbiamo visto che l'hotel ha lasciato un delizioso taglio di torta, frutta e una lettera sul nostro tavolo per mio marito. Grazie!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 L'hotel era pulito. L'area di lobby è grande per le foto. Il controllo in corso era liscio. La piscina ha un bar e un ristorante a prezzi ragionevoli! Ci è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno 😊😊😊

Una biancheria al momento dell'arrivo, mancanza di senso commerciale alla ricezione. C'è una piscina ma quasi nessuno in essa perché molto spesso all'ombra. Colazione economica. La camera aveva biancheria di luce e il clima che soffocava sulle teste dei letti. Infine, sabato sera c'è una festa musicale regolarmente, qui era una festa techno fino alle 3 del mattino e si sentono in tutto l'hotel, anche quando si dispone di una camera dall'altra parte della festa .... Ci sono sicuramente migliori rapporti qualità prezzo Il quartiere cambia il Casco Viejo e permette di vedere la vita dei Panama.

I stayed only one night in this hotel, the infrastructure is dated, mirrors in the bathroom have black spots but the worst is no hot water in the shower. The basin had hot water but in the shower it was cold. I reported it to the front desk who said they would have someone look but that never happened. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was nice but the hotel rooms really need a makeover. With so many other hotels in the vicinity, I moved out of the Crown Plaza and into another hotel chain nearby
