The bed sheet and cushion covers are little dirty. Hospitality was good. Amenities ok. Good to stay.

It was wonderful staying at this hotel. Staff behavior was good. Room service was too good. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom was spacious, clean and hygienic. Well maintained. Only issue i found that they didn't have intercom facility but jio no. Provided for internal communication

Hygiene. Bedsheets are very dirty. I ask them to replace the did but all are bad stain marks. Bathroom smelly, sofas and chairs are dirty as well.

Location was good, food was not that great. Bt service by staff people was pathetic. Also, no service of extra bed for 3 ppl in one room even though we were ready to pay for it. Malfunctioning & water leaking ac in our room. Overall, the experience was very bad.

Food was good and hygiene but the service experience was worst. They dont attend to your queries. Though television was there but the setup box was defective and after repeated request to change the setup box they didnt. Also bed provided was too dirty and pillow cover was full of hairs in the bed sheet. I think they never change the bed sheets and pillow. I dont recommend any of others to stay in hotel nikita

Blankets are old, needs to be upgraded. There is no phone in the rooms, so hard to reach out to reception for urgent needs. Other basics needs e. G. Geyser, tv (working) are more or less covered.
