Stayed here one night while our air conditioning was out. Front desk was very friendly and location is near several restaurants. Went to the lounge for an after dinner drink and bartender was a great guy and we enjoyed chatting with him. Room was clean as was the rest of the property. Highly recommend.

Went to view eclipse. The hotel room was spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had eclipse glasses free as you walked in. The best surprise was the free breakfast. I was expecting the typical but found made to order omelette, pastries, great steak fry cut breakfast potatoes. I was on the second floor. This would be 5 stars but the hallway carpet had numerous stains. They didn’t hike the price for this special event. I was able to charge my car. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I traveled with his elderly mother to a family event in the area. I made reservations for a handicap accessible room for her and a regular king for us. The staff greeted us warmly as we checked in. We were put in 2 very close rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed this breakfast and the staff member overseeing the breakfast room was very helpful and polite. The lady that checked us out was also very friendly. It was refreshing to be treated as a valued guest.

What a wonderful experience in luxury. Checking in was so easy the staff was amazing . They were so accommodating and informative. The amenities were awesome, and handicap friendly. The room was huge and the king sized bed was so comfortable and soft. My son treated us to a suite, and sweet it was. The bathroom was all handicap accessible making my husband and my stay so comfortable and relaxing. I was able to take a nice relaxing soak in the bathtub , after a hard drive on the road moving my son across country. I am so glad to have had the best stay my last stay at a hotel. Breakfast was so nice, hot, and a good variety of options for everyone. Check in and out was a breeze, the rooms were awesome, clean and comfortable. Great place, great job to all of the staff. thank you for making our stay with you a relaxing comforting one. I would definitely recommend this Comfort Suites to everyone who wants a great quality hotel that fits any budget. Well worth the money.

La luce era fuori nel dormitorio, il condizionatore d'aria non funzionava bene, la TV non funzionava la prima notte. Allora ci erano assolutamente canali ZERO per i bambini. La nostra camera non era nemmeno servita, non abbiamo mai avuto asciugamani puliti.

baymont hotel jonesboro arkansas booked thru reservations.com for 10 days got to hotel to check in at 11pm the room they tried to give us was a double we booked a king the room was filthy we requested another room the next room had blood spots on sheers hair in was cloths tub looke like somebody cleaned their boots in it floor were not clean SLEPT IN MYCAR went back in at 8 am spoke wth manager LORI we asked for a refund she then showed us another king suite was nasty then showed us another this one had piss in toilet shower was nasty we told her to give us a refund she checked us out and stated she woould make this right and refund our money and told us to conta t reservations.com we did and was told the support team would contact us got an email 4 hrs later stati g manager declined refund LORI LIED TO US now we are out 673 dollars so i am contacting attourney geneal and health dept. please do not stay at this hotel unless you want covid or some other diease

Booked several weeks in advance and we are an IHG member. The staff at the counter were lacking simple skills. At the onset, I was told that I probably was supposed to be at the Hilton because they couldn't find the reservation. When I showed them my email, they were still confused about it. After they figured it out, we went to our room before dinner. We noticed that the door was not functioning correctly and that all you had to do was push it open. Asking to be moved should be easy right? The girl at the front said she could not look up what kind of room I had to move me to a comparable one. Let me say that again, she did not have a clue what was the bed accommodations in our room. Logic tells me that if I work there and room #xxx is messed up, you should be able to figure it out. The room was fine once we moved and we had a good night's sleep. The storm hit late the following day and we were forced to stay in Jonesboro again. We went back but a mistake happened again. My credit card was rung up for the wrong total (undercharged) and then the next morning was done again (balance). Would I stay here again? Holiday Inn is normally a great stay anywhere but this location needs to get straight. The desk seemed like they had no idea how to do the job and acted like the unsecured door would not be an issue. They said we would be safe at the location. I do not pay for a broken door on the whim that I should be safe. The manager needs to get people trained before placing them on their own.
