Hotel is old but room is clean. Basement carpark is dirty and has sewage smell but otherwise the whole hotel seems relatively clean. Basic amenities are provided, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, hand soap, cotton bud, shower and shampoo. Only shaver not provided. Location is good near KSL mall.

This is a clean and good hotel, especially its suite room, which has 2 bedrooms n 3 tvs with a small living room. Simple buffet breakfast but sufficient food. Servide is hood.We liked the stay there and will likely go again. Thanks

This is my 3rd time booking this hotel. As usual, I come back because it is near AEON Bukit Indah where there are so many restaurants and shops to jalan jalan. Quick check in and check out. Also I got a good view from my hotel room

L'ambiente dell'hotel è tranquillo e pulito. Le camere sono ben attrezzate e ben attrezzate. Anche l'atteggiamento di servizio del personale è molto entusiasta e anche le guardie di sicurezza sono molto responsabili e disposte a offrirsi volontari per aiutarmi. Sono molto soddisfatto di questo hotel. Ci tornerò e lo consiglierò ai miei amici?

In generale se per il bilancio è un buon posto per andare. La camera è piccola, la letto un po 'di tintura. Il design esterno e interno dell'hotel è moderno, non quelli molto ombreggiato. Nessuna tavola per mangiare o fare tavolo.

Booked for the jacuzzi and it’s big, happy with it! However the music can only be connected to radio & sound system is not that good. Doesn’t matter to us as we blasted our own music. The bed was comfy as well!

Value for money for 2 queen size bed and such spacious place. However, cleanliness is the biggest problem for me. The bedsheets was stained and i found hair on the pillow case. Customer service was bad and rude as well. We asked for a change of pillow case but they never came. There were cracks on walls and lights flickering non stop. The toilet was clean and but there was still cracks all around. Only 1/4 pillows can be used as the rest was flat and no fluff at all. I think despite everything, they should have atleast provided a change of pillowcase for me but they never did. If youre looking to save some money, this can be it.

Molte volte sono rimasto con questo hotel quando sono a JB. L'hotel è molto lontano dalla città di JB, ma è molto bello e pulito. Prezzo ragionevole e hotel nuovo. Viene di nuovo con la prossima visita a JB.

Service was excellent. From arrival at their door, was greeted by their staff and doors were opened for us. Automatically asked us if we wanted help to take a photo for us. Breakfast was a variety! We can't even cover everything. Swimming pool was perfect, they provided towels. The room and everything was perfect.
