booked as a leisure while attend our bestfriend wedding at setia tropika, but we had an accident within 30mins to arrive at the hotel. kami sangat berterima kasih kepada cik apple, kerana keikhlasan dan empati yang ada pada cik apple. kami sampai agak awal dari eta sepatutnya, saya clueless sebab suami di highway tunggu insurans company untuk uruskan kenderaan kami, saya dan anak dihantar ke hotel oleh strangers. saya cuba nasib tanya cik apple, boleh ke kami check in awal .. cik apple semak kekosongan, dan yeay kami dibenarkan untuk naik ke bilik kami lebih awal🥹. dekat situ separuh kerisauan saya dah hilang .. sebab saya risaukan baby saya.. group of our friends datang and make it a bit ”kecoh” 🤣, saya beritahu kepada cik ”lelaki” maaf yaa bising sikit .. cik ”lelaki” tuh cakap tak mengapa ni masih terkawal😂😂😂. btw saya lupa laa nama cik”lelaki” ni, saya terpaksa extend lagi 1 malam sebab kawan kawan saya tak kami balik ke kl dengn public transport. cik”lelaki” ni uruskan hal hal saya dengan sangat cekap. terima kasih saya ucapkan, actually semua staff polite! tak kedekut dengan senyumannnn, tak JUDGY, tak buat kami rasa janggal. heeee, goodjob jugak untuk housekeeping dan BOH staff fr the goodfood🥰

L'hotel è molto pulito e moderno. La stanza è ben tenuta e il ricevitore è molto utile. Ci sono acqua in bottiglia gratuita nella stanza, le lame sono ricche e meravigliose per dormire. Forniscono anche asciugamani puliti e freschi. La sicurezza è stretta come dovrebbe essere. Il parcheggio è libero. Nessun problema. Torneremo la prossima volta.

The location is excellent. Just 1 min walk to Sutera Mall. The room is in need of a renovation. The first room I got, the air con was faulty. I was given another room but the room’s window couldn’t shut properly as the rubber around the window has worn away. So I was smelling the restaurant’s cooking the whole night. And rain was coming in wetting the floor. The reception (the Chinese man and a Malay man who was in crutches) was excellent. They served me with a smile and was quick to act. The housekeepers were on task too.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall was ok. However towels were not clean and had stains on them. Bathtub were not super clean and hot water was not enough, basically filled up the tub with hot water but once it's full, it's room temperature.
Location was okay as there's a family mart right beside and a very nice cafe.

Only skinny people will be able to pass through the between the column and toilet to the other side of bed. Noise nuisance by the other room. Intermittent loud screams non stop from 5am onward. Believe that the other guests have complain but the hotel seem like never take any action at all. This show that the room insulation is not good enough.

UUtente anonimoOverall according to this price, this place is consider good, there are a lot of cafe, restaurant coffee shops surrounding the hotel which is walking distance. There is a shopping mall there but not much things to shop. There is 7-11 & Family Mart near the hotel too. The only things not good is that the room is slightly dusty at some point. Etc: the table, tv controller, the hanger area. Other than that is all fine. Oh… one more things, the toilet and the shower area is really small and the water flow is small too 🥹

IIandao NgIl lobby non ha aria condizionata e si sente stufo e caldo quando siamo arrivati l'odore delle 3:00. Il parcheggio ha anche un odore di vapore.
La stanza è relativamente pulita e leggermente grande (almeno non quelle super-crampa camere), non c'è un aircondition centrale nella stanza, ma un aircondition isolato che ci ha messo un po' per raffreddare la stanza (lo impostavo a 16 gradi di velocità piena) quando siamo entrati.
Un posto rumoroso dove si può sentire motociclette rumorose rivolgere il loro motore mentre si girano in mezzo alla notte. I canali TV erano limitati, ma non capiscono come arrivano metà dei canali non hanno immagini.
Una cosa strana che ho incontrato per la prima volta mentre ero in un hotel. Era l'ora scorsa quando mi sono svegliato da alcuni ospiti che sono tornati tardi e hanno sentito parlare lungo il corridoio. Bene... non molto. Quindi ... Quando uno degli ospiti ha preso la doccia, si può sentire un suono alto woooooong continuamente in tutto il doccia. Era come se si girasse il tappo e c'è un rumore di tubo vuoto che suona continuamente fino a quando si spegne il tappo. Era il suono. Era alto e durò circa 5 minuti. È stato il momento che l'ospite dell'hotel prendeva il suo doccia. Era alto 😭.
La colazione era semplice e molto buona per il prezzo.
