The convenience of accessibility/location of the hotel was the main reason we chose Fives Hotel. 10mins walking distance from the CIQ and check-in was a breeze, with the friendly staff. Definitely will book Fives Hotel again the next time for our short family getaway. :)

Convenience walk to Komtar mall and City Square mall just cross the road, and near the Immigration JB. Reasonable price, looks modern and not to old building. .Staffs are friendly.

I like the hotel, suitable for business travelers, near the food area which is located behind hotel i.e leypark corner, adam & hawa cafe (for muslim traveler). Also near the shopping mall in front of the hotel. For non muslim you can have steamboat restaurant on the right hotel building and bar outside the hotel building. The hotel also have convenience store at the lobby. The room is spacious and for muslim we can space to pray. So far i like the hotel and would like to come again

Room is superb clean with simple amenities. Location is good too. Love the ambiance of the lobby. Parking is quite safe. Easy access to Komtar, JBCS and Pasar Karat. Good job to everyone maintaining the hotel!.

2nd time staying at Fives because we had a great experience staying during our first stay! The family suite is sooo spacious! Maximum persons can stay is 4 pax. We initially thought there will only be 1 bathroom and 1 aircon. But the layout of it is more like 1 twin room and 1 king room combined. Although there is only 1 TV set which we do not mind. Staff are always nice and parking is free!

This is our first time staying in this hotel. The staff is friendly and kind. The room is small but clean. The location is also good and convenient. I will come again next time and recommend it to my friends.

Location is good. Room is not big. No fridge. Very basic. Stay foe 1 or 2 nights is still ok.

I have been staying in FIVES for a few times but booked for twin sharing 1st time trying family room ladies trip with my cousins it was a nice room spacious with 2 toilets. Room was very clean with hair dryer , iron board , iron, amenities. We were early and our luggages was able to be kept at the hotel premises so we can proceed with our shopping opp the hotel Komtar and City Square. No complaints very pleased with the hotel facilities and services.

On the day itself, trip called up and ask me to change to this hotel due to insufficient rooms for my booking. This hotel is very old and required some renovation and upgrade to be done. Room is small and dirty. Breakfast variety is limited. Walking distance to City Square. Will not go back again as the stay was unpleasant.

I booked a family room (1 king bed & 2 single beds) for our sisters' trip to JB. A surprise to find that there's 2 toilets in the room. There are 2 steamboat restaurants next to the hotel.

Overall satisfied to stay this hotel. Interior is new and room is spacious, clean and come with badis amenities. Walking distance to shopping mall (JBCC) and HDL just next to the hotel (Zenith)

Frontdesk is polite and friendly. Location is good, malls and food are nearby. Parking space is decent. Hotel environment and vibes are nice as well. Can be a bit noisy at night due to its location. The room feels a bit old, especially the aircond is yellowish & the aircond motor sound. Understand that GrabFood delivery man cannot go upstairs, but Frontdesk also couldn’t help to send the food up.
