The service is very nice the staffs are polite and helpful. The room is clean and wide enough to relax but the air con remote control is very disturbing because it talks whenever you try to push the buttons . They have a free drink bar on the second floor which refreshened me after my long flight. The location is easy to find, the price is reasonable cant complain. The bed is good and the water is strong I will stay again if i have a chance.

I just needed to stay the night because it was close to the airport, and they have a shuttle service. I took the train to this location, and it really wasn't that far of a walk. I would say about less than 15 minutes. I got there a little early, and the staff was so professional and nice. They let me relax and cool off in the lounge upstairs. They have a very decent manga reading area with comfy chairs and a small outoor rock garden, and I was also invited to a free drink happy hour. Unfortunately, I was too drained from the heat, so I didn't participate. They also have a little cheap eats place next door that I would check out the next time. The shuttle was very prompt and polite. The room was good, but the bathroom was small. If you're very tall, it might be inconvenient for you. Overall, for an older building, it was comfortable for me and at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised when the desk person handed me a free gift. It was a well-made terry cloth hankie with a nice note. It's definitely useful in this heat 🥵

The staff are really friendly. They knew we are Thai and tried to say thank you in Thai with us. The hotel provides free drink and shuttle bus to the airport. It's located close to some convenient stores and supermarket.

It is only a short walk from the train station if you don't want to stay in the airport hotels and get a little taste of the quieter parts of Osaka. Another thing they have is a self-service laundromat in the hotel. The rooms are decent sized and clean. They also have a shuttle service to the airport. The staff there are very helpful.

Close to the station and also to a supermarket and convenience store. Not much in the area but convenient if flying in or out of Kansai airport. The happy hour beverages were a nice plus. The room was clean and I could fit all our suitcases inside so it was a decent sized room.

One of the best value places I've stayed in the area. Close to restaurants and train. Very good English spoken by staff. Free alcohol after 3pm till 11pm. Can't beat that.

The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful!!!! The greatest thing is the shuttle bus service in the morning. The driver was very very kind👍🏻👍🏻. The facilities were good without almost everything that a traveller needs. The necessities were even put in the position where you will need them in a very considerable manner. The room and bed were larger than expected. The bed was very soft and comfy. But it would even be better if the room was better soundproofed. I heard the coughing of the person in the other room the whole night, and it was hard for me to fall asleep because of this. Overall it is an excellent hotel and i highly recommend it.

The hotel is a little old but makes it up with good service. Smoking room is a big plus for me and the lounge did offer free drinks from 5pm onwards. The airport shuttle is definitely a big bonus.

Got the room at Annex Building, the room was freezing coz the weather but the heater works well though. The Front Desk staffs were so friendly and well informed giving the room direction and facilities such asamenities bar, free drink and they are provinding free shuttle bus services to the airport. Recommended as transit hotel to whom should go early flight in the morning from KIX airport.

Not bad for the price. Everything is clean. Room is abit small but for the price you’re paying, no complains.

Pretty nice accommodation. Only 1 min away from conviney. 4min walk from a train station. So the location is stunning. Service was good, room was cozy.

Very near to Izumisano train station! It’s approx 5 minutes walk to the station. Room was pretty clean and new as I was staying in the new building. There is also shuttle service to the airport as well!
