From arrival my best friend and I were greeted with the friendliest welcoming staff. Greeted by sweet Lethi at reception we were quickly settled into our beautiful room. Overall, our stay was made extra special from helpful forme like Elliot, all the way to Hendrick providing the best coffee at breakfast time. Thank you Southern Sun Rosebank.

L'albergo si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e poco trafficata. Attraversando il parcheggio si raggiunge direttamente il centro commerciale. Le camere sono ben tenute e pulite, co un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il bar e la piscina della struttura sono meravigliose. Anche la colazione e il ristorante offrono un ottimo servizio , se non fosse per la lentezza del personale , ma questo fa parte della cultura Sud Africana, molto meno frenetica di quella europea. Il personale è molto gentile e pronto , con le sue tempistiche , a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

This was the second time I stayed at the Capital on Bath and the first time, a week ago, I left my hair curlers behind. No ordinary hair appliance but a Dyson AirWrap and I only noticed when I packed on Sunday evening. Never in a million years did I think I would get it back, but I was wrong. Housekeeping had carefully packed it and kept it and it was returned to me this morning. Hats off - we sometimes think that honesty is lacking in South Africa, but not by this team. I've found the staff very pleasant, the rooms clean, the breakfast good. Nothing to complain about - but this piece of service is outstanding, anywhere in the world. Thank you Team Capital on Bath.
