Peccato, perché si presenta bene. Ma in un gruppo di dieci abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio di camera in quattro: puzza di muffa e pareti scrostate, finestre bloccate. Ci hanno dato un upgrade. Ma in bagno ***cava sia il fon che la carta igienica. Cena buona, ma servizio davvero scarso: due camerieri su tre capivano poco l'inglese. A colazione le tavole, tutte, erano apparecchiate senza tovaglioli, senza cucchiaini e senza coltelli. Per il caffè si deve chiedere, perché sul buffet ci son due termos, senza etichetta alcuna e entrambi contenenti caffellatte. Il caffè ordinato arriva, ma con molta calma. Che peccato, davvero, considerato il nome e, non da ultimo, il prezzo.

Where do I start? Initial impression on entering the hotel lobby is that it is well presented and has some character. However that's just a front for one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We were tired from a long day travelling so went straight into dinner. A fairly limited buffet was on offer which would have been ok but was either lukewarm or cold.... very concerning where chicken, rice and pasta is involved as these are well known breeding grounds for bacteria. They charged for water, although later experience of the hotel's standards made us glad we paid for bottled water. Hilariously a bottle of Kingfisher started at £6.50 and after refusing that they came back later with an offer of £5.... haggling in a hotel, unbelievable! The room was ok ish but no hot water (fixed after complaining) and very scruffy appearance was a big disappointment, as was the bizarre light switching arrangements that meant either total darkness or full lights. Terrible sealing and gaps around sanitaryware and significant traffic noise made this a very unpleasant experience.

Stayed for one night only but still it was worth it as soon as l entered I was greeted by Mr.Lakshay at the reception with a beautiful smile and the room was quite comfortable they are best stay 😇😇😇❤️❤️🫶🫶👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Service is great and the property is very clean. The bar is my favourite in the city. I enjoyed my stay here will definitely come back. I enjoyed the Strawberry Daiquiri pitcher and schezwan dim sums at Geoffrey’s the most. It’s a must try! Do visit.
