Hotel in zona Shopping Ponce de Leon, João Pessoa

O café da manhã é muito bom, como de costume nos Hotéis da rede Village. Contudo, as instalações precisam de algumas melhorias. O black-out do quarto permite entrada de bastante luz. O.ar-condicionado direciona a ventilação diretamente em cima.da cama (apesar de algumas pessoas preferirem assim, particularmente não gosto.

O Atlântico praia hotel supreendeu, excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Ficamos em um quarto vista lateral mar maravilhoso (4° andar), cama gigante, chuveiro muito bom. Todos os serviços do hotel são de qualidade. O café da manhã variado, muito gostoso, tapioca e omelete são preparados na hora e reposição constante, atendimento nota 10. A localização é a cereja do bolo, perto de tudo. Recomendo o restaurante do hotel, almoço e jantar com preços bem acessiveis e muitoooo gostoso. Parabéns a todos os funcionários!!!

I regret to report that my recent stay at Nord Luxxor Tambau in Joao Pessoa was highly unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to highlight the following issues: * Service Delays: Service was notably slow and inattentive from the start. * Corridor Odor: A strong and unpleasant vomit smell pervaded the third-floor corridor. * Inadequate Bathroom Supplies: The bathroom was stocked with low-quality, public restroom-style toilet paper. * Poor Bedding Condition: The bed sheets were not only musty but also old and nearly torn. * Room Cleanliness Concerns: Bedside lamps displayed disturbing black spots, questioning the overall cleanliness. * Ineffective Noise Insulation: The room offered little protection from external noise, including street sounds and noises from neighboring rooms. * Room Service Issues: Basic items like yogurt were forgotten in room service orders. * Language Barrier: The staff did not speak English, presenting significant communication barriers for non-Portuguese speakers. * Lack of Essential Amenities: Unavailability of international power sockets and standard toilet paper; guests were directed to a nearby pharmacy for basic needs. * Malfunctioning Blackout Curtain: The room's blackout curtain did not function properly, further detracting from the comfort of the stay. These cumulative issues not only fell far below my expectations for a purported 4 to 5-star hotel but also necessitated a change to another hotel, resulting in additional expenses and inconvenience. The lack of basic amenities and attention to guest comfort significantly impacted my overall experience at Nord Luxxor Tambau and my time in Joao Pessoa.

This was my first time staying in this hotel and overall, it was definitely positive. We stayed here on Christmas Eve and my only complaint was that the hotel's restaurant and bar were closed on the 24th. I didn't need anything, but a hotel should be prepared to fully function year-round. Now, on to the good stuff. I have stayed in over 50 hotels in this region and the breakfast here (which is included) was the best, most abundant buffet of any of them. In addition to the fresh tropical fruits and juices, there were many savory and sweet offerings. Guests can also get omelets or tapioca made to order. Despite the restaurant being full, service was quick. To make things more fun, the hotel has a robot deliver your order to your table (it had a cat face and meowed at people to let them know they were in its path. The hotel is not on the beach, but is only a short walk (about 3 short blocks) from it. The hotel has a pool, a gym and a spa. If needed, free indoor parking is available to hotel guests. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a very large veranda, but unfortunately, the hotel did not provide chairs or any other outdoor furniture for the space. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again and I recommend it as an option while in Joao Pessoa.

Já fiquei várias vezes nesse hotel e o serviço sempre é muito bom. Ótimo café da manhã, ótimas instalações e pessoal muito bem treinado. Já fico nesse hotel há anos e, se Deus abençoar, ficarei mais vezes. Ps: uma queixa apenas. Num quarto quádruplo pode-se acolher confortavelmente uma quinta cama sem maiores problemas, mas infelizmente não nos deixaram fazer isso nesse fim de semana. De toda forma isso não mancha em nada o hotel.

O atendimento, as áreas de lazer, a localização e a limpeza são nota 1000!!! As instalações não estavam de acordo com o anuncio, fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas mas no quarto só tinha uma cama de casal, precisei solicitar uma cama auxiliar. Também como fiz a reserva no mesmo dia da hospedagem, meus dados não estavam no sistema do flat, precisei aguardar um pouco para que o atendente pudesse realizar a inclusão manual. Fora esses itens, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza, voltarei mais vezes. Amo a PB e gosto bastante do Golden Flat, já é a segunda vez que fico no mesmo lugar.

Distanza dai principali punti turistici di Giovanni Pessoa, si trova nel centro della città in un luogo piuttosto deserto durante la notte, rendendo molto difficile per chi non viaggia in macchina. La struttura dell'hotel è buona, ma la mancanza di pulizia e igiene nelle camere, nei corridoi e in altre aree dell'hotel ha reso una semplice notte una cattiva esperienza, senza contare sulle molte mosche nel ristorante. Per un ospite meno esigente con la pulizia, può anche compensare il valore giornaliero. Tuttavia, a mio parere, vale la pena pagare un giorno un po' più in un hotel/hotel vicino alla spiaggia e dei principali attrazioni di Giovanni Pessoa, con un ambiente più attraente vicino a lanchones, bar, ristoranti, farmaci e pulite nelle loro dipendenze.
