Hotel in zona Panda Lake Waterfall, Jiuzhaigou

乾淨衞生，位置絕好，離九寨溝遊客中心最近的酒店，2分鐘走到。酒店停車場方便，門前有小溪嘩嘩流，去九寨溝風景區都要經過，人車雜鬧，但關上窗，清靜。走700米到小寨，餐飲多。這是鬧中安靜，靜中幽幽的好酒店🏨

Il nostro soggiorno a Rezen Retreat-Four Seasons, situato a soli 5-minute passeggiata dall'entrata del valle di Jiuzhaigou, è stato una miscela di positivi e aree che hanno bisogno di miglioramento. Tuttavia, l'esperienza è stata sovrascontrata da alcuni problemi: abbiamo notato le tinture sul tappeto del bagno al check-in, che indicavano che la pulizia avrebbe potuto essere più approfondita. Sebbene la custodia abbia risposto rapidamente, il pulitore ha solo cancellato la superficie, lasciando spazio per un miglioramento nel affrontare la questione. Più tardi, il riscaldamento si è difettato quando le temperature esterne sono scesi a -2°C. Anche se il riscaldamento del pavimento della stanza è stato un'aggiunta considerevole, non ha compensato la mancanza di riscaldamento globale. Quando abbiamo chiesto un cambio di stanza, l'hotel si è rifiutato e ha inviato un tecnico per affrontare la questione. Mentre il problema è stato risolto, si trattava di aspettare in disagio, che avrebbe potuto essere evitato con una migliore preparazione e un maggiore attenzione alla comodità degli ospiti. La posizione e la progettazione delle camere dell'hotel sono forti, ma l'attenzione alla manutenzione e alla pulizia migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti. Per ora, gli ospiti possono voler gestire le aspettative quando si fermano qui.

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

All the staff at the front desk are friendly and nice. Overall, the service is excellent. The room is clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance, making the location very convenient. For foreigners, there are KFC and McDonald's nearby if you're not accustomed to the local cuisine. If you need portable oxygen inhalers, you can purchase them at a local pharmacy for around RMB 20, which is located close to the hotel. This is much more affordable than buying elsewhere. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Jiuzhaigou.

La camminata fino all'ingresso dell'area panoramica di Jiuzhaigou è di circa mille metri e dura 20 minuti. Al piano inferiore c'è una strada commerciale, che rende la vita comoda. L'hotel è circondato da montagne verdi, con un fiume limpido davanti alla porta e bellissime montagne di fronte. Puoi andare alla zona panoramica di Huanglong e al tempio Chuanzhu sull'autostrada alla porta, e lo scenario lungo la strada è bellissimo.

Location is fantastic. The hotel owner was very friendly and did her best to help us, however this place was a little basic. The toilet was a squat with a shower head directly above which was a little frustrating, as there weren’t any photos of the bathrooms online so we didn’t expect this - we also saw a room next door to ours which did have a Western toilet. Rooms were very clean, however paying extra for a room “with a view” we would expect a bit more than a small view of car park. Nice enough if you are on a budget.

Very clean and instagramable hotel. Bus from train station stopped near the hotel. Located close to the entrance of 九寨溝, walkable distance. Very convenient as there were many shops and restaurants close by. The boss is very nice, I had some difficulties purchasing the bus ticket to the train station, and the boss assisted us with it. I must apologies if there were any inconveniences caused. Highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

特別喜歡的一間民宿，老闆娘特別熱情，因為是元宵節，老闆娘親自給我們煮了湯圓，有種回家的感覺，很熱情，房間也特別乾淨，因為這幾天比較冷，老闆娘提前給我們開了地暖，很值得推薦的一間民宿，有種回家的感覺，給老闆娘點贊，就衹顧享受了，忘記拍店裡的照片了，老闆娘自己家的牛肉鍋也特別好吃

Viaggiare a Jiuzhaigou da Chengdu è ora un tale vento, con il ferro ad alta velocità che va direttamente a Huanglong Jiuzhai. Un autobus diretto ci collega e ci porta direttamente alla zona scenica. Il bus si ferma direttamente davanti all'hotel. Grand Rezen si trova in una posizione fantastica, vicino a tutti i ristoranti che sono vicini all'ingresso di una zona scenica/ di un parco nazionale.A circa 20 minuti a piedi dal parco, l'hotel aiuta a organizzare il trasporto al parco di mattina, se necessario. La camera è molto pulita e nuova, e le camere sono dotate di letti riscaldati, perfette per il clima invernale freddo. Il personale dell'hotel è molto utile, e il nostro manager, Xiao Han, si è assicurato di controllare ogni giorno, vedere come è andato il nostro giorno e di assicurarci di ottenere qualsiasi aiuto che potremmo avere bisogno.
