"I have stayed at many hotels in China and around the world and surprisingly, the Hilton Riverside Quanzhou was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Darren, a member of the front desk staff, was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great and there are river views all over the hotel. The room itself was spectacular. I was in a suite with a walk in closet, living room with office space, large bedroom and large bathroom with a soaking tub. Each room in the suite had a river view. I look forward to my next trip to Quanzhou and will surely book the Hilton Quanzhou again. "

"It is very comfortable and relaxed stay at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and it's a new hotel. The room we stayed in is big yet comfortable. I like the drip coffee supplied in the room. There is a DIY laundry room. My special thanks to Mr Tan (陈先生)who helps and provide service for my laundry.
What is more special about this hotel is all the staff are very attentive and polite. Good jobs for those working at the front counter and restaurant.

"Our double-bed room is interesting and big. The hardware is a tiny bit worn down but doesn’t affect our comfort. Service is good. The surrounding area is unbeatably wonderful. Amazing food, shopping, services… anything you might want. The architecture style and cultural attractions within short walking distance will keep you occupied for several days.
One major boo boo was the breakfast. They gave us a coupon to eat a terrible breakfast (only fried bread and congee, no choices) at KFC. For how much we paid for the room, almost $80usd a night, I do expect a little better than that."

UUtente ospite對酒店非常滿意，前台服務人員態度都很好，老遠看見你就會和你打招呼，酒店很新，整棟樓都是，房間很多，空間很大很舒服，衞生都很乾凈，周圍環境很乾凈，有很多停車位，周圍交通也挺便利的，自駕過來挺方便的。早餐品類很多，味道也還可以，就是早餐那裡有個女服務員態度不是很好，系統沒查到我們有早餐，我們跟她説是昨天入住時候買的另外加的，她不自己去核實一下，還要我們跑過去跟前台説，唯一瑕疵的一點。其它都很滿意，有洗衣房健身房，空間都很大

UUtente ospitePrima di andare in soggiorno, il capo ha detto che la stanza era vicino alla strada, ci sarebbe stata qualche confusione e ha inviato la posizione per evitare di trovare le scale sbagliate.Dopo l'alloggio, il capo della folla ci avrebbe invitato a bere il tè nel bagno, le sue foglie di tè di latte, molto profumato.
Durante l'autunno, il capo consiglierà anche il mercato notturno vicino e piccoli ristoranti deliziosi.
Non c'era una notte così brutta che non ci avevo mai pensato, e la stanza era molto raffreddata, il campo d'aria era buono, e dormiva molto spiritualmente.

Infine, vorrei ringraziare la signora boomboom per avermi accompagnato durante l'intero processo servizio che è andato ben oltre il suo lavoro. È davvero una persona molto gentile, come Ji Ji. Buon amico, tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta! PS, la colazione a buffet comprende snack speciali come pasta di noodle, zuppa di manzo e zuppa di arachidi. Ci sono anche molti ingredienti per la pasta di noodle, così puoi mangiarla al meglio.

Ho avuto un'esperienza assolutamente fantastica. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale era caldo, benvenuto e incredibilmente utile. L'iscrizione era pulita ed efficiente, e mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente dalla pulizia e dal comfort della mia stanza.
La camera stessa era spaziosa, ben mantenuta e ben decorata, il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, e apprezzo i pensieri come l'acqua con bottiglia, i bagni di qualità e un minibar ben conservato.
L'hotel dispone anche di eccellenti servizi, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione.
In generale, esso ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo e consigliarlo a chiunque cercasse comfort, comodità e grande ospite.

YYuyuyu當天晚上10點多到的晉江，老闆9點半左右看我還沒有動靜他就打電話提醒我説訂了一間房怎麼還沒有入住😂我説我在路上了，老闆還問我認不認識路，後面發了位置圖給我，房間很大呀，是大兩房的那種，離五店市真的是超級近的，而且高層，夜景非常好。環境也很安靜。洗漱用品那些都是一次性的，當時過來旅遊還特意買的洗臉巾一次性馬桶墊，結果老闆都給配好了。晚上五店市店鋪真的很空～建議大家白天出行，晚上還是去青陽街逛逛，但是11點半12點回來發現樓下也擺了夜市！！

I would definitely recommend it to my friends and say it deserves all five stars and full ratings. The location is quite within distance of the Wanda shopping mall and other restaurants and places, the room cleaning service workers were friendly and kind and had great smile and attitude. The front desk workers were the ones who made my day; they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast and were extremely patient and kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and I’d definitely come back to this hotel. It was nothing short of amazing.👍👍👍👍👍😃😃😃😃😃

UUtente ospiteFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves.
That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok.
Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh.
The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it.
The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know.
For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

UUtente anonimoThe taxi drop-off is along the main road, but it is just a short walk away from the hotel. There is a big signage for easy identification. The night market is just a short walk away, and has a wide range of food and snacks.
A deposit would be collected during the check-in process at the front counter, the process was relatively smooth. Conversed in mandarin so there wasn't any language barrier.
Cigarette smell is strong in the corridors and walkways. The walls in the room are not very clean, with visible stains. There's a gap when the toilet door is closed.
Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. Towels were sealed.
Water temperature and amount are not consistent, sometimes it would get either super hot or super cold. Bathroom is relatively big and clean, but there is no wet / dry separation.
Fits the price paid, we only stayed one night due to a transit flight.

UUtente ospiteAfter further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing.
Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items.
Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.

MMilanAnjia apartment is in nice residential area, just behind the Hilton hotel, and there is a food court nearby. It offers a beautiful view (see my photos).The apartment is not so close to Quanzhou as it looks on the map, and bus service is on an hourly basis. So, you are better using taxi or Didi. But it is not so far from Jinjiang Wudanshi Traditioal Blocks. The rent is pricey, but it is comfortable. Especially if it is a holiday they raised a price from 180 RMB to 326 RMB. Guests are required to do a self-check-in. However, there are no fabric towel, only paper ones. Imagine you dry yourself with a paper towel, which is disgusting, it is not enough, so you have to suffer after taking a shower. The owners who rent around dozen apartments do not want to bother to wash towels; they prefer lazy lifestyle of rich owners - easy money with less work.
