前台接待服務還好的，泳池是擺設不讓用，早餐非常非常不滿意，跟這個價位不對等！就玉米雞蛋白粥，早餐廳的大媽態度不好，不帶搭理人的，建議重視一下！！還有打掃房間衞生的阿姨不敲門直接進來，被嚇一跳

La posizione dell'hotel è tranquilla nel bar. L'altra parte è il Vanverta Park. L'antica città accanto. L'hotel è stile antico e profumo. L'ambiente è buono. Ho un piccolo interesse per le strutture nella nostra stanza prenotate. Volevo correggere la mia situazione, ma il piccolo fratello della reception ha detto che avrebbe influenzato la mia esperienza di soggiorno, Quindi mi aiuterà direttamente a richiedere l'aggiornamento della stanza. L'hotel invia una zuppa di nutrimento diversa ogni notte. Il sapore è molto buono. Anche i frutti sono molto freschi e di qualità ogni giorno. Volere tornare a Taiwan l'ultimo giorno prima di soggiornare all'hotel di Jianghua. Sono venuto a camminare vicino a Yangxian e voglio andare in città antica. Il cameriere della ricetta mi ha davvero detto come andare e rispondermi con pazienza alle mie domande. Mi sento come il mio ospite ritorna. Vale la pena lodare.

L'ambiente del mattino del primo piano dell'hotel è molto buono. Il terzo piano del parco infantile, stanza da tavolo, salotto, sala da bagno, palestra, nuoto sono tutti. OOtoyaWe chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max, maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

Xxinhui shelwynI really enjoyed my stay at Hengdian, Half Summer. It’s not too crowded, I don’t have to wait for the lift for too long unlike in a hotel. Check in was a breeze. The staff there were friendly and helpful. For breakfast, you can choose either Chinese style or western style. I preferred the Chinese style breakfast. The bed was comfortable and I was able to have a good sleep every night. The shower always had hot water, even the basin as well. Basic toiletries were provided. The staff even provided complimentary mineral water (daily) and fruits as well. I could also order food delivery.
The location is wonderful. I took a high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao to Yiwu station, then from Yiwu station, I took a cab to 凌云 Lingyun Metro/Light Rail station. Then I took the metro/light rail from 凌云 Lingyun to 明清宫 Ming Qing Palace.
Once I exit the metro/Light Rail station, I took didi to the hotel directly.
From the hotel, it is only a 10-15 mins walk to 2 local night markets and bubble tea shops. Not to mention that the attractions are also just a short didi away.
The only thing that I hoped they provided was local tv channels. They do have a projector, but one would have to subscribe to watch local shows.

DDashanI think, expensive hotels like this are booked so we have flawless stay in places where we have language barrier. Here, no one can speak communicative english.
We had booked delux suit, they said they uograde us to better room and when we reach the room, we got was loft room, climb up the stairways. Reach the room entrance and that floor only had small siting area, like a guest sitting adea and a small guest waahroom and bedroom, closets, waahroom, bathtub, library kind of area, all were on the upper floor. The stairways was on almost double the height.
We had booked for 1 night, we had been there for an event and we had checked in at 7 pm to attend an even at 8 and checkout the next day. It was of no use to go to the receiption and bang my head as for the language barrier and ask for change of room and explain a why i wanted to change.
A lavish breakfast, but no vegetarian food. This isnt a complaint as it is their wizh but such a huge property should consider and also the food should be well labled. And at last, they are big, 1738 rmb a night, should have proper english speaking team.
Well the loft room looked like as if not been occupied for ling time. Also some places has lot of dust.

I had a zoom meeting next day morning and i happned to use rhe writing deak, the chair was broken, not stable and i am sure they just woukd have fitten the chair well inside rhe desk as if no one will use.

Per il resto, il tasso al conto (prenotazione diretta) è di 150 RMB alla notte. Può farti controllare un po' tardi, ecc a differenza di prenotazione online. La posizione è ok. Dipende da dove e cosa vuoi fare. Sono venuto solo per viaggiare. Molti ristoranti cinesi locali nella zona dietro l'hotel. Devo dire che il 90 per cento degli ospiti sembrano tristi e inamici. La maggior parte sono del Medio Oriente e non sorridono neppure o sembrano amici. Quindi il posto manca vibrare a causa di tutti questi suini grassi nel lobby con i loro agenti.
