今年新開業的酒店，非節假日房費不算便宜，設施很新，早餐種類還不錯，但服務不説差吧，卻是我遇見過最可笑的。 1.酒店沒有親子房，衹有大床和雙床，大床能看到萬佛塔風景更好，雙床沒有風景。 2.洗漱用品新客入住前沒有補滿，可以看到都是半瓶左右，體驗感很不好。 3.花灑上有很明顯的水漬，這部分明顯是沒有打掃過的。 4.詢問酒店再送一雙拖鞋和兩瓶水，拖鞋送來了，但水從未送達。除此以外沒提出過其他需求，很難評這服務好還是不好。 5.重點來了 三口之家，下單時房間自帶兩份早餐，因此詢問前台有什麼活動能再送一份。 畢竟兩位70長者吃的不多，花88購買早餐不實惠。況且我還不是會員，想着新註冊會員能送早餐什麼的。 之前入住其他酒店要麼參加活動贈送，要麼直接拒絕，但此處前台支支吾吾，拚命讓加一個微信，讓去微信裏問，遂添加。 可笑的來了 微信詢問，被告知節假日不能送早餐，經理規定。 ？？？節假日？？？ excuse me？問題是現在不是節假日啊？？？ 我提出質疑話語裏漏洞後又改口節假日前幾天也不送。 哈哈哈哈哈……我當場被氣笑了好嗎！！! 我能接受直接拒絕，但無法接受如此耍人的虛偽行為！ ps：做人能不能多點真誠？
