Very close to train station so very convenient if travelling by HS railway or train. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so although not much 'amenities' with the hotel, not a problem. The room I was staying was of reasonable size but smelly for some.reason as if it hadn't been used for a long time. Staff friendly. Breakfast quite poor but can't complain too much for the price.

This is a great hotel near a beautiful lake with wonderful views. The swimming pool is amazing. The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly. Everything is perfectly clean and they give you some complimentary fruits. It's not far from Jinhua city, about 35-40 minutes ride. If you take a ride (Didi or Taxi), make sure you talk to the reception staff to get you a ride back because it's difficult to get one through the apps, but they can help you to get a cab. I highly recommend this hotel.

SShaneA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night.
The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them.
The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day.
A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day.
The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities.
Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

Ho anche disegnato dei motivi sulle uova che ho regalato alle mie amiche al liceo, e ho fatto delle foto per loro. L'insalata di verdure è una combinazione di bellezza e bontà. La cosa ancora più divertente è che ho pensato era pane, ma si è rivelato essere un modello, è morbido al tatto, molto Q-rimbalzante (allegare l'ultima foto). Oh, e inoltre, la lampada da comodino può essere nascosta. Quando avrai bisogno di usarla, sarà accesa quando la tirerai fuori. Chiedo caldamente di richiedere una notte extra, ma sarò chiamato dal capo per andare a un altro posto nella calda estate.La prossima volta vieni a Yiwu e vieni di nuovo a vivere a casa tua. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare qui, c'è Ruixing al piano di sotto e c'è anche un negozio di frutta, è molto comodo per cibo, alloggio e trasporto.

RRolixQuesto hotel è certamente un premio, dall'ingresso di un accogliente maschio molto amichevole e in partenza al primo piano al bellissimo accogliente femminile del 22esimo piano. Sebbene il controllo in tempo fosse circa quaranta minuti, il personale ci ha regolarmente aggiornato sulla situazione della stanza, così questo ha reso più facile il tempo di attesa. L'hotel è anche situato in una zona di prima classe con facile accesso ai negozi, ristoranti e altre marche alimentari.
La stanza era moderna, con un'unica struttura, e le strutture dalla TV, dal bagno, da bagno intelligente, da cortina e dalle luci erano anche funzionali e facili da usare. Il bagno era spazioso, che forniva molta comodità e spazio per spostarsi per qualcuno con un più grande corpo quadro. Inoltre, il bagno e il bagno erano molto spaziosi e molto puliti. Oltre alla stanza, l'hotel dispone di servizi di spa, bar, ristorante e caffè.
Il colazione era di prima qualità, con molti piatti occidentali e cinesi da prendere. Ci piaceva il colazione e ci piaceva che potessimo goderci piatti da tutto il mondo.
In tutto, un bel hotel che presenta premio in personale, posizione, camera, e cibo.

PPhoebeHad a really good time in Hengdian studios , unfortunately it rained for most of the time. This small hotel had a great bathroom and great service. We were looked after really well by the young owner of this hotel and are now friends.
Considering we can hardly speak or understand Mandarin, the had a good time and was well looked after.
We came from 3 different Shangrila hotels on this trip - Chengdu, Xian, Hangzhou, and I must say that Cheerful hotel Hengdian beat all of them. Well done Cheerful hotel !

Room size : a little small but just nice for 2 pax
Toilet : shower area was small
Receptionist : they are very friendly and very helpful. If you need any help you can just approach them.

DDashanI think, expensive hotels like this are booked so we have flawless stay in places where we have language barrier. Here, no one can speak communicative english.
We had booked delux suit, they said they uograde us to better room and when we reach the room, we got was loft room, climb up the stairways. Reach the room entrance and that floor only had small siting area, like a guest sitting adea and a small guest waahroom and bedroom, closets, waahroom, bathtub, library kind of area, all were on the upper floor. The stairways was on almost double the height.
We had booked for 1 night, we had been there for an event and we had checked in at 7 pm to attend an even at 8 and checkout the next day. It was of no use to go to the receiption and bang my head as for the language barrier and ask for change of room and explain a why i wanted to change.
A lavish breakfast, but no vegetarian food. This isnt a complaint as it is their wizh but such a huge property should consider and also the food should be well labled. And at last, they are big, 1738 rmb a night, should have proper english speaking team.
Well the loft room looked like as if not been occupied for ling time. Also some places has lot of dust.

I had a zoom meeting next day morning and i happned to use rhe writing deak, the chair was broken, not stable and i am sure they just woukd have fitten the chair well inside rhe desk as if no one will use.
All too bad. I am sure they would not be a bad hotel but what we had was extremely bad.

MMeishimitanDotazioni: Un ottimo hotel, proprio accanto alla Biblioteca di Yiwu, esclusivo ed elegante. Anche la stanza è molto bella, la vetrata ha una vista di prima classe, la disposizione del bagno è abbastanza grande e le tende sono completamente automatiche.
Anche la colazione è molto ricca, con molte varietà. Il parcheggio è comodo Quando c'è poca gente si può parcheggiare direttamente davanti alla porta. È molto comodo ritirare i bagagli.
Tutto era perfetto fino a quel momento, ma è stato rovinato da un episodio improvviso a tarda notte.
Alle 22,30 tutta la famiglia dormiva già, ma il cameriere bussò alla porta e non ottenendo risposta aprì la porta ed entrò. Mi sono svegliato e sono corso fuori velocemente, ma si è scoperto che ero qui per consegnare questo frutto di benvenuto. Il servizio era troppo entusiasta, ma era un po' tardi, quindi preferirei non averlo. Mi chiedo se una madre e una figlia dormissero nella stessa stanza nel cuore della notte, non sarebbero spaventate a morte? L'invio di frutta è una buona cosa, ma il metodo e il tempo sono davvero discutibili. Spero che incidenti simili non si ripetano in futuro!
