Il design del giardino dell'hotel è super bello, tutto è vista!Anche se è sulla strada del valle, non ci sarà nulla di male!La stanza è molto delicata, è decorata in modo eccellente e ha un'ottima collezione di giardini. I libri sono davvero grandi ovunque! La colazione è perché la famiglia non mangia il piccolo cazzo di zia di zia, ha dato il suolo di nuovo, super delizioso!I bambini adulti sono una buona esperienza.La prossima volta arriveranno, e consigliereranno anche amici!

前台接待服務還好的，泳池是擺設不讓用，早餐非常非常不滿意，跟這個價位不對等！就玉米雞蛋白粥，早餐廳的大媽態度不好，不帶搭理人的，建議重視一下！！還有打掃房間衞生的阿姨不敲門直接進來，被嚇一跳

酒店地理位置優越 就在夜市一條街三路口對面 周邊餐飲豐富 之前在金華都是住的君度 有好幾家店不同風格 這家是走歐式風 四星的酒店 價格很親民 十一期間漲價不多 性價比很高 服務很好 有問題都是第一時間解決 還有各種小零食和茶水 總之很滿意 本來衹打算住一晚 因為住的舒心又續住了一晚

由於工作的原因，恰逢國慶，家人來金華看我，出去辦事的時候正好看到這邊新開一個酒店。於是馬上給家人定了房間。酒店是新開的，設施很新服務也尚可，定了豪華房給我也升級成了套房。家人很滿意。性價比很高，以後有朋友出差辦事是值得推薦的酒店。

酒店風景不錯 可以來度假放鬆，前台鄧麗 楠楠 服務熱情周到。
旁邊走幾百米就是巖頭村，溪邊玩水，吃飯很方便，還是一個常住人的村，洗衣服洗菜在河裡。步行跑步釣魚也很方便，是個旅遊略有開發，不太原始又不太商業的地方。
酒店大草坪晚上有燒烤，露天唱歌，在山谷裏吹着夏末秋初的風，逃離登陸上海的颱風，瑟意的。也適合孩子露天唱歌玩。
酒店設施不多，有健身房，衹有户外泳池，有酒吧，有農田採摘，是個安靜的地方，不是設施多或遊玩區多的酒店，況且金華玩的地方也不多，半天休息半天放鬆附近逛逛，這樣的節奏蠻好

房間整潔，略有裝修氣味，設施比較新，感應夜燈挺好。淋浴下水慢。空調無製冷，趕上金華悶熱，空調控制器顯示室內温度29.5，熱！服務員送來風扇，打開所有窗户，晚上室內温度也還有28.9。睡覺不用蓋被子，小衣衫短打扮忍了一晚。早起趕緊換酒店。前台接待快捷，客房服務認真。早餐種類多，味道好。酒店旁邊有地鐵，出行方便。

酒店離金職大西門比較近 附近還有很多夜市美食
前台小姐姐服務很好 還幫忙升級了房型
房間設施比較新 吹風機很好用 東西看着也比較乾淨

SShaneA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night.
The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them.
The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day.
A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day.
The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities.
Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

KKiat SiangChoosing this hotel was a wise choice.Step into the room, the level of cleanliness is bright. The bed is flat, the sheets are white as snow, there is no stain and wrinkle, the bathroom is also spotless, exudes a faint fragrance. The decoration style shows originality, modern minimalist elements and local characteristics are cleverly integrated, art paintings on the walls, exquisite lamps and lanterns, all highlight the extraordinary taste, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The hotel service is excellent. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, the check-in process was efficient and quick, and the staff patiently answered all kinds of questions. Small trouble encountered, the maintenance personnel responded quickly and arrived within a few minutes to deal with. Breakfast is rich and varied, from steaming local snacks to well-balanced western breakfast, to satisfy different taste buds.
The hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation, close to the subway station and bus station, and also close to popular attractions. The hotel experience was great and I will definitely stay here again next time.

RRolixQuesto hotel è certamente un premio, dall'ingresso di un accogliente maschio molto amichevole e in partenza al primo piano al bellissimo accogliente femminile del 22esimo piano. Sebbene il controllo in tempo fosse circa quaranta minuti, il personale ci ha regolarmente aggiornato sulla situazione della stanza, così questo ha reso più facile il tempo di attesa. L'hotel è anche situato in una zona di prima classe con facile accesso ai negozi, ristoranti e altre marche alimentari.
La stanza era moderna, con un'unica struttura, e le strutture dalla TV, dal bagno, da bagno intelligente, da cortina e dalle luci erano anche funzionali e facili da usare. Il bagno era spazioso, che forniva molta comodità e spazio per spostarsi per qualcuno con un più grande corpo quadro. Inoltre, il bagno e il bagno erano molto spaziosi e molto puliti. Oltre alla stanza, l'hotel dispone di servizi di spa, bar, ristorante e caffè.

PPhoebeHa avuto un bel tempo negli studio di Hengdian , purtroppo ha piovuto per la maggior parte del tempo. Questo piccolo hotel ha un grande bagno e un grande servizio. Ci hanno guardato molto bene dal giovane proprietario di questo hotel e ora siamo amici.
Considerato che non possiamo parlare o capire il mandarino, il mandarino ha avuto un buon tempo e è stato ben guardato.
Siamo venuti da 3 diversi hotel Shangrila su questo viaggio - Chengdu, Xian, Hangzhou, e devo dire che Hengdian hotel felice ha battuto tutti. Ben fatto hotel felice !

SShefeek MuhammedÈ un ottimo hotel. Il personale dell'ufficio frontale è amichevole e utile. Soprattutto Tina è molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione è brillante. Le camere sono molto piccole. Non c'è spazio per tenere il bagaglio. Non c'è un serbatoio sicuro e mini frigo fornito nella stanza. Il tè cinese, altro tè e caffè sono disponibili al livello del terreno per 24 ore. Nella serata si possono avere complimentari patate dolci dolci. È molto buono. La pulizia di casa non è del tutto perfetta. Non puliscono mai i bicchieri usati, anche il bagno.Solo costruire il letto. Ma in generale è una buona proprietà.

DDashanI think, expensive hotels like this are booked so we have flawless stay in places where we have language barrier. Here, no one can speak communicative english.
We had booked delux suit, they said they uograde us to better room and when we reach the room, we got was loft room, climb up the stairways. Reach the room entrance and that floor only had small siting area, like a guest sitting adea and a small guest waahroom and bedroom, closets, waahroom, bathtub, library kind of area, all were on the upper floor. The stairways was on almost double the height.
We had booked for 1 night, we had been there for an event and we had checked in at 7 pm to attend an even at 8 and checkout the next day. It was of no use to go to the receiption and bang my head as for the language barrier and ask for change of room and explain a why i wanted to change.
A lavish breakfast, but no vegetarian food. This isnt a complaint as it is their wizh but such a huge property should consider and also the food should be well labled. And at last, they are big, 1738 rmb a night, should have proper english speaking team.
Well the loft room looked like as if not been occupied for ling time. Also some places has lot of dust.

I had a zoom meeting next day morning and i happned to use rhe writing deak, the chair was broken, not stable and i am sure they just woukd have fitten the chair well inside rhe desk as if no one will use.

MMeishimitanDotazioni: Un ottimo hotel, proprio accanto alla Biblioteca di Yiwu, esclusivo ed elegante. Anche la stanza è molto bella, la vetrata ha una vista di prima classe, la disposizione del bagno è abbastanza grande e le tende sono completamente automatiche.
Anche la colazione è molto ricca, con molte varietà. Il parcheggio è comodo Quando c'è poca gente si può parcheggiare direttamente davanti alla porta. È molto comodo ritirare i bagagli.
Tutto era perfetto fino a quel momento, ma è stato rovinato da un episodio improvviso a tarda notte.
Alle 22,30 tutta la famiglia dormiva già, ma il cameriere bussò alla porta e non ottenendo risposta aprì la porta ed entrò. Mi sono svegliato e sono corso fuori velocemente, ma si è scoperto che ero qui per consegnare questo frutto di benvenuto. Il servizio era troppo entusiasta, ma era un po' tardi, quindi preferirei non averlo. Mi chiedo se una madre e una figlia dormissero nella stessa stanza nel cuore della notte, non sarebbero spaventate a morte? L'invio di frutta è una buona cosa, ma il metodo e il tempo sono davvero discutibili. Spero che incidenti simili non si ripetano in futuro!
