酒店的園林設計超美，每一處都是景色！雖在穀子街邊，但一點都不會吵！房間很精緻、陳設精美、還有很好看的詩集，隨處可見的書真心很棒！早餐因為是回族不吃小混沌阿姨主動又給煮了素麪，超美味！大人孩子都是很好的體驗。下次還會再來，也會推薦朋友！

前台接待服務還好的，泳池是擺設不讓用，早餐非常非常不滿意，跟這個價位不對等！就玉米雞蛋白粥，早餐廳的大媽態度不好，不帶搭理人的，建議重視一下！！還有打掃房間衞生的阿姨不敲門直接進來，被嚇一跳

房間整潔，略有裝修氣味，設施比較新，感應夜燈挺好。淋浴下水慢。空調無製冷，趕上金華悶熱，空調控制器顯示室內温度29.5，熱！服務員送來風扇，打開所有窗户，晚上室內温度也還有28.9。睡覺不用蓋被子，小衣衫短打扮忍了一晚。早起趕緊換酒店。前台接待快捷，客房服務認真。早餐種類多，味道好。酒店旁邊有地鐵，出行方便。

攜程上看到酒店照片，有種詩和遠方的感覺。來了之後，沒有失望，真是個讓人頓生鬆弛感的地方。喜歡這裏的山，這裏的樹，這裏的房子，美得自然樸素。喜歡親子房的佈置，窗正對着一棵樹，小朋友在窗邊寫作業，一幅美好的畫面。希望下次來，酒店前面的田裡種上瓜果蔬菜或鮮花綠植，讓住客有更好的體念。早餐品種還可以再豐富些。

總體非常好，超出預期的水平。 本來以為是普通的商務酒店 沒報什麼期待，沒想到服務很好，酒店在園區裏，路上遇到的工作人員都會主動打招呼。餐廳水平很不錯，因為是過年期間早飯品種少，但是味道很不錯，牛腩煮米粉很好吃！ 中飯定了一個套餐，258的價格 有6-7個菜，每個菜的味道都很好。豪華房的房間很大，設施都很全，還帶露台。 以後回塘雅都可以住這個酒店了。

11 con i bambini vicini...L'hotel non ha molto commento. Ha provato la mentalità di vivere nella casa di prato. Ha sentito la casa del lago. Si è dimostrato che non c'era alcun errore, vale la pena tornare! Il campo di Bai Bai Bai Park è un piacere inaspettato. I bambini amano molto, divertirsi molto. L'esposizione di luce della notte e tutti i tipi di performance, vale la pena di biglietto!I bambini stanno leggendo il panno di fuoco, il fiore di ferro, e vogliono tornare! La stanza è anche comoda, pulita e igienica, la vista sul lago è buona, il tempo delle vacanze lentamente gode, fantastico!

SShane CanadianA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night.
The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them.
The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day.
A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day.
The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities.
Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

JjhonyjaimesIt's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

Not to mention service.💁♀️, the staff is warm and friendly, from the moment you enter the door, you feel at home. Any problem, they will be the first time to help solve, really super sweet🥰 And I have to mention the coffee shop.☕ , the ambiance is super, the quality and variety of coffee is excellent. It's a treat to have a drink here and enjoy a moment of peace😎 All in all, this hotel is outstanding in terms of facilities, environment, service and coffee shop. It is highly recommended💗！

JJennaThis hotel is a 5-7 minute walk (about 3 blocks) to 秦王宫 and 梦幻谷 (the amusement park which I don't recommend). 清明上河图 is about a 15 minute walk from 秦王宫 so the distance to these 3 main attractions is quite close. I felt like the room itself was really nice and cleanly, everything looks new. I will say though that you can hear the customers next door if they are loud (but I was here from March 17 - March 19) and it was very quiet for the most part. The toilets have heated seating and automated flush. My favorite feature is the 4 different lighting options and the floor lighting around the bed and in the bathroom so if you get up in the dark, it will light the way for you.
My one complaint is that the sheets have a faint smell of smoke, but you can let them know if that's the case.

DDashanCredo che gli hotel costosi come questo siano prenotati in modo che possiamo stare in modo ininterrotto nei luoghi in cui abbiamo barriera linguistica. Qui nessuno può parlare inglese comunicativo.
Abbiamo prenotato un costume deluxe, hanno detto che ci hanno incoraggiato a una stanza migliore e quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, abbiamo avuto una stanza di altura, salire sulle scale. L’ingresso della stanza era raggiunto e il piano aveva solo un piccolo spazio seduto, come un ospite seduto e un piccolo ospite vaaa e camera da letto, chiappe, vaaaa, bagno, tipo di biblioteca, tutti erano sul piano superiore. Le scale erano quasi raddoppiate.
Abbiamo prenotato per 1 notte, eravamo li' per un evento e abbiamo fatto un check-in alle 7:00 per partecipare ad un even-out alle 8 e il giorno successivo. Non c'era bisogno di andare alla ricezione e stringere la testa per la barriera linguistica, chiedere un cambio di stanza e spiegare perché volevo cambiare.
Un colazione lava, ma non cibo vegetariano. Non è una denuncia perché è il loro desiderio, ma una grande proprietà dovrebbe considerare e anche il cibo dovrebbe essere ben etichettato. E alla fine, sono grandi, 1738 rmb a notte, dovrebbero avere una squadra di lingua inglese adeguata.
La stanza del tetto sembrava non essere occupata per molto tempo.
Il mobilio è stato smontato e laminato con plastica.

Ho avuto un incontro di zoom il mattino seguente e ho fatto uso del deck di rhe scrivere, la sedia era rotta, non stabile e sono sicuro che avrebbero appena dovuto installare la sedia bene all'interno del desk di rhe come se nessuno avesse voluto usarla.
Sono sicuro che non sarebbero un cattivo hotel, ma quello che avevamo era estremamente cattivo.
