Ww are lucky to have chosen this beautiful hotel. All the staff are really nice and helpful. Complimentary daily fruits and free coffee 24 available 24 hours at the lobby. The location is just a few minutes walk to the ancient wall. Our room is new and elegantly furnished with a private terrace. We wil definitely look for this botel in future.

是個比較新的酒店，沒有異味。就在新開的三國文化街裏面，酒店工作人員服務很好，給小朋友送了禮物，小點心和果然。 房間很乾凈，隔音不錯，空間比較大。早餐種類不算很多，牛肉麪味道不錯，收拾也比較勤快。 離荊州古城不遠，騎個共享電動車特別方便。周邊有不少吃飯的，還有長江大學小吃街，也要可以逛逛。

酒店還不錯，就在荊州古街，門口就有大停車場，適合旅遊，情侶也好帶孩子也好。
晚上九點附近的娛樂很準時就停了。
唯一一點讓人感到不舒服的是，訂單套餐中含有的伴手禮，等退房後前台接待員都沒有主動説送我伴手禮。當時想想我的付費裏包含了為啥不給，不給就要，結果打開也就是一些小零食，糖塊，小餅乾啥的，其實沒多少錢，但是給人的感覺確實很不好，並且你是包含在了房價裏的。

感受非常好的一家酒店
華住會旗下品牌
地理位置:在古城牆旁邊 步行可到張居正故居、古城牆、賓陽樓，非常方便
環境：停車方便 門口地面停車場指引清晰
設施：酒店很新 有冰箱就很nice~
服務：前台和早餐的阿姨們都很不錯 很熱情 咖啡機壞了也會主動提醒去前台 還給我們送過來

出發前在網上比較了很久的酒店，帶小孩出門，想要住乾淨衞生，房間面積大，適合家庭出行的，最終選擇了漫心府，圖片中看着比較有特色，到店後找不到停車場入口，電話諮詢前台，一位姓陳的美女店員非常熱情，跑出來找到我們車，帶我們到停車場，贊一個。酒店位於長江大學對面的一條古街“荊街”上，大堂的香味讓人聞着很温馨，前台人員態度好，辦理入住送了紅棗茶，送了入住伴手禮，房間在1樓，不潮濕，面積還可以，乾淨整潔，從酒店走到古城牆就過一座橋，很近，走到張居正故居不到20分鐘，很滿意。唯一有瑕疵的就是節假日早餐人多，桌子較少，一度需要我們站着吃早餐，酒店的應急處理有點不到位，反應後等了一會才有空桌，但這個不影響對酒店的好印象，下次如果再來荊州，還會選擇入住這個酒店。

這次跑馬拉松回的荊州，整個居住體驗非常好，酒店特意留了一個帶小院子的房間，地板磚像貼青石板，毛巾感覺像新的乾淨，功能和顏值拉滿。提前聯繫還獲得延遲退房兩小時的權利，前台小姐姐端莊大氣，辦理流程也非常考慮客户的體驗，臨走還送了一個小零食，不知道什麼時候再回，期待。

優點：比較新的酒店，硬件設施、衞生配套及早餐都還是不錯的，我們喜歡泡茶，送水服務也及時，地理位置也有優勢：距離護城河很近，也有引橋可以直接走到城牆下的步行道，時值春日，春花競放，新綠抽芽，十分怡人。
缺點：部分房間毗鄰一家“露台酒吧”，這家酒吧大功率外放流行歌曲，週末還有客人卡拉OK。酒店方倒是很及時去交涉，但無果，據説此前還報過警，酒吧也沒有什麼改變。酒店看起來是盡力了，服務員也很有誠意表示歉意，但客觀上沒有徹底解決問題，最終還是影響住宿體驗。如果酒店沒能採取更有效的措施徹底解決這個問題，最終影響的還是酒店口碑。貼幾個普法截圖吧。
事情經過：第一天入住時，前台有告知我們上述噪音可能性，並表示對方一般23:30就會結束，提供了眼罩和耳塞。但我們居住的三天每天都超過24點。第一天晚上接近24點讓酒店去交涉，無果，衹得勉強睡去；第二天晚上狀況更糟糕，酒吧客人嚎叫式的跑調卡拉OK持續到凌晨1點多，交涉無果，酒店方表示可以給我們換房，半夜三更已經洗完澡換好睡衣不想搬來搬去，我們繼續帶耳塞睡。第三天和第一天基本類似。酒店反饋交涉時，對方表示他們沒有超出合理範圍，不予停止音樂播放。我用手機小程序隨便測了下（歌曲的前奏低音部分），超過45分貝是妥妥的。

酒店的佈置很有中式古典的味道，前台的服務態度也很好，離荊州古城牆很近，周邊還有好吃的早餐周大松牛肉麪總店。
是值得再來入住的酒店。
