Value for money! New hotel and clean! Drinks and snacks provided during teatime! Robot service is very fast and efficient!

A bit hard to get to without a vehicle, had to take a Didi to get everywhere.
My main issue was the "smart" room features, which seem voice activated (and not speaking the language, unresponsive). There were at least 3 different controls to the air conditioning – a box that seemingly does nothing except turn on strong cold or hot air into your face, relentlessly, no matter the set temperature. A mysterious voice activating setting that one staff controlled once at my request, but it resets itself as soon as you leave the room, and they gave me a remote control that also did its own relentless thing. In short, I got a sore throat and kept pestering at the air flow the whole stay.
Other ridiculous "smart" features include a super bright blue light inside the toilet, and curtains that get drawn every time you enter the room, even in the middle of the day.
Friendly staff, though no-one speaks english so that limited our interactions.

服務：個人游來到景德鎮攜程推薦的老城區酒店，一到店面前台小哥非常熱情，不僅免費幫忙升級了房間，而且還免費給了一份早餐。早餐沒有吃去了當地開了30年的小毛老麪湯包😁位置很近打車起步價。
環境：小店非常便利，去每個景點陶溪川，中國陶器博物館打車都是起步價，小店免費停車，門口也有充電樁，對於開電車的朋友真的是一大福利，周邊的夜市很豐富，非常多的好吃。
來景德鎮就是購買瓷器，買了好多心怡的瓷器，酒店裡麪也有單獨的泡茶台，茶台前麪就是一棵大樹，風景，茶鏡，非常舒適和怡人。

房間乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐服務熱情，小度智能，早餐不錯，有自己的停車場，由其前台小姐姐的笑給人一種親切的感覺，看我們帶着位小朋友還免費升級了榻榻米房間，本來就訂了一宿果斷的又續住了一宿，不錯不錯下次路過還會住這裏的。

酒店衞生問題與服務態度令人震驚，消費者權益何在？
4月4日晚11點左右，我入住雲舍酒店後，因疲憊直接休息，次日早晨發現被套側邊有明顯污漬，衞生狀況令人堪憂。我下樓向前台（3名工作人員）反映問題，並要求查看房間具體情況。疑似酒店經理（短髮女性）查看後，態度含糊，暗示污漬可能是“新鮮的”，甚至暗示可能是客人所致，令人極度不滿。最終，酒店僅提出免除一天房費，但要求我取消訂單才能退款，否則拒絕處理。
1. 衞生問題：被套污漬明顯，酒店卻試圖推卸責任，毫無職業操守。
2. 溝通態度：全程無負責人正面解決問題，反而以“取消訂單”為條件，讓前台工作人員代為處理，逼迫客人妥協，毫無誠意。
我的訴求：
1. 酒店合理退款：酒店衞生問題屬實，應退還一間房費
2. 明確態度：要求酒店負責人致歉，承認問題並改進服務。

很值得期待的酒店，首先我們是因為停車的問題臨時取消了亞朵的預訂，匆忙下選了雲舍酒店，門口就是停車場，從進店前台帥哥熱情接待，到酒店的品質，真的無可挑剔，晚上八點還有茶點，現磨咖啡，早餐也很豐富，衞生很乾凈，酒店硬件和連鎖酒店一樣很有品質，價格性價比超級高

非常好的酒店，有自己的地面停車場，外廊式設計，雖然在路邊，但房間裏很安靜，房間靠窗有個地台，有一高一低兩個小桌，可以泡茶看書，坐不了矮墊的可以要個高凳，很舒服。乾淨衞生做得到位，還提供熱敷眼罩，一次性毛巾，水也隨要隨給。早餐品種豐富，味道也好，連住了4天，沒吃膩。酒店斜對面就有個非常不錯的餐廳，8°廚房，天天在此吃一頓，附近也有一家不錯的小店（麪、餛飩、餃子、瓦罐湯）應有盡有，還便宜。

雲舍酒店真的太好了，首先一進入酒店大堂，就有一股淡淡的茶香味道，給人一種非常清新的感覺，房間很大，而且還有一個可以辦公小桌，非常温馨，早餐很豐盛，前台服務人員非常熱情接待，並主動介紹景德鎮旅遊景點，非常棒。
