CCat Z.Abbiamo aggiunto il manager a Wechat e lui era così utile e attento. Il servizio era grande. La stanza era calda e pulita. Arrivammo tardi la prima notte e chiese consigli per cena. Ha controllato le nostre preferenze alimentari, ha chiamato e ha mandato una macchina per portarci a un buon ristorante! La colazione è bella e proprio vicino al centro di servizio sciistico. Ha aiutato con i biglietti e il trasporto per tutta la nostra gita. Sicuramente rimarrebbe!

JJoshua GrahamIl colazione ha una grande varietà di cibo, ha una macchina da caffè autoservizio, si chiude alle 10:30, che è super apprezzato, la posizione è buona per il cibo come è nel quartiere alimentare speciale (ma 15 minuti per ferrovia). Il personale è molto utile.
L'unica questione che ho è che il negozio di comodità più vicino è chiuso ma sul lato stradale e il taxi/Didi a volte ti lascia sul lato sbagliato della strada perché è più conveniente per loro e didi dice di attraversare la strada nel mezzo della strada così male mappatura da Didi.
Alcuni segni al colazione e altre cose sono solo in cinese (sono australiano e non conosco cinese) quindi è necessario utilizzare l'app per usare la macchina del caffè e il condizionatore d'aria.

Our experience was further enhanced when the hotel graciously upgraded us to a suite with a breathtaking mountain view and a Jacuzzi. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable.
The convenience of having everything in one place cannot be overstated. The ski mountain located directly behind the hotel meant we could easily access the slopes, making the most of our skiing experience without any hassle.
Overall, our stay at this ski resort was remarkable. The combination of excellent facilities, superb service, and the convenience of location makes this hotel a standout option for anyone looking to enjoy a skiing holiday. We would definitely consider returning to this resort in the future.”

HHeiko 海哥Ho trascorso 8 giorni a Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites. In genere era pianificato solo per cinque giorni, ma ho prolungato il mio soggiorno due volte. Questo posto è solo fantastico 👏🏼🤩 E' caldo (caldamento del pavimento), temperato e molto pulito. Sono allergico all'odore di sigaretta, così hanno organizzato una stanza senza fumo per me ero molto felice. ... bella sci per le famiglie, i principianti e più veloce, più coraggioso e il personale dell'hotel è solo carino. Sono sempre gentili e gentili, aiutare ovunque possano (anche senza molto inglese o nel mio caso con nessuno esistente a cinese elementare 🤣) L'hotel è a soli 800 m dalla cortina, ma offrono un servizio di navetta (molto conveniente) durante le ore di sci. L'ho usato in mattinata ma ho goduto la mia passeggiata “a casa” dopo il snowboard. Ski e noleggio snowboard più attrezzi sono disponibili nel seminterrato. Ho prenotato un allenatore ogni giorno in mattinata per 3h e devo dire che era il migliore del meglio!!! Non ho avuto alcuna idea di snowboard, ma ha avuto la capacità di insegnarmi passo dopo passo 👉🏼 abbiamo dovuto entrambi utilizzare le applicazioni di traduzione 🤣✌🏼. Dopo aver finito alla piazza c'è sempre qualcuno in cucina (spazio di colazione) che è felice di fare una tazza di noodles o dumplings di riso per voi. ❤️🥰. E i fiori all'interno dell'hotel sono reali!!! Non ci sono falsi plastiche ma fiori reali 🌸 anche grazie al personale della cucina, lavorano duro e il buffet di colazione sembra sempre pulito. Tornerò certamente e portero' amici! Siete così carini ❤️

Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

LLaurajanebickerThis was a gem of a hotel. The staff were so incredibly helpful and treated us like family. We booked here for Chinese New Year to ski and didn’t know what to expect as neither of us speak much Chinese. It didn’t matter. Everyone tried to help us. I realize Holiday Inn is a big brand hotel, but it feels far more friendly than that and homely. The skiing was easy to organize. The hotel can help book ski and board hire and passes. The hotel is right next to the slopes - you can take a shuttle bus or walk 4 minutes. The skiing was also excellent - hard packed snow as you would expect, but the slopes are well laid out. The hotel restaurant was also good. Great breakfast and dinner was hot pot and buffet. Great trip - will be back!

UUtente ospite家人們誰懂啊！這次住的公寓真的絕了！推開房門一瞅，地板鋥亮反光，窗户擦得跟沒有似的，陽光嘩啦啦地往屋裡灌。房間佈置得超温馨，小沙發、ins風掛畫，一整個氛圍感拉滿！關鍵是位置太香了，下樓拐個彎走兩步就是景區，早上睡個懶覺，慢悠悠晃過去看風景，晚上逛完夜市，幾分鐘就能溜回房間癱着，懶人狂喜！
