特別推薦這家酒店，從武威到張掖到酒泉到嘉峪關，這是一家真正意義上提供了高效而熱情的服務水準的酒店。酒店內部裝修很新，衞生做的特別好，緊鄰汽車站，房間卻非常安靜，隔音做的很好，衞生間的乾濕分區也很舒服。最重要的是，每次出門去景點，回來就發現房間衞生被打掃了很好👍。走出房間遇到的客房服務人員都主動熱情的打招呼，我親眼看到她們戴着手套，仔細清掃房間的過程，心裏很踏實，第一次入住星程酒店，感受太好。會再次選擇

看點評説酒店門口可以停車，到的那天據説是換了領導，全市大檢查，門口不讓隨便停車，折騰了很久，來了一個應該是經理級別的人，給安排了馬路上的停車位，也算一個小插曲吧！華住旗下的，華住平台下找不到這家店，據説是新的，還沒掛上去，但是看裝修很老，不像新酒店，房間不大，感覺很擁擠，房間衞生也不好，插座上，電話上都是灰，也不知道是不是住的客人少，當天在辦婚宴，感覺混亂，感覺這家酒店被華住收納到旗下，還沒來得及好好管理。忘了拍酒店照片了。

酒店很乾凈，一樓還有書吧可以看書，老闆應該給保潔阿姨漲工資，尤其是洗衣房，不止有全自動洗衣機，還有烘乾機，甚至還有熨斗，真的愛了！要是前台小姐姐更熱情好客點，多微笑就更好了！

The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site was very good. The breakfast restaurant on a different floor was mediocre. The front desk arranged for a driver to take us out to the historic Great Wall sites and he was great and affordable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Plenty of shops and convenient stores around. Though we only ate at the restaurant (L3) located in the same building as the hotel which is very handy. Food was delicious. Breakfast is ok. Just a quick bite to keep you going. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Did an overnight stay as that is sufficient enough for visiting the sights. Would recommend this hotel.

從入住到退房體驗感超級棒！ 前台幾個姑娘態度超好（推薦的小花和大胖子、糊鍋、杏皮茶、牛肉粉都特別好吃，酒店位置也好，走路去這幾個地方都不遠）還給我們升級了房間（再次表示感謝哦）。客房打掃的非常乾淨，衞生間的邊角都很乾凈，不管是客房員工還是前台見到客人都會打招呼，而且對客人的需求有求必應，特別棒👍……房間的洗髮、沐浴和洗手液都特別好聞，最最最喜歡的是枕頭太舒服了（想知道是什麼牌子的）
差點忘了説早餐，餐廳乾淨衞生，菜品豐富！
來去匆匆忘記拍客房照片了，但是以後還會選擇星程酒店
