La posizione è eccellente, a Nanhu Tiandi, di fronte all'hotel c'è il molo delle navi da crociera. Dopo che il sole tramonta, facciamo una crociera sull'isola in mezzo al lago. Dopo il ritorno, ceniamo a Nanhu Tiandi. Dopo aver mangiato, facciamo una passeggiata lungo il lago, che è molto confortevole.
Ho prenotato una suite e la reception mi ha spostato in una camera con vista sul lago. La camera è grande, arredata in stile repubblicano, raffinata e pulita. Il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi. Ho dormito molto bene. Mi è stata data una cartolina dopo il check-out, il che è stato fantastico. Dopo il check-out, abbiamo mangiato al ristorante 1921 dell'hotel. Il cibo era delizioso.
Un elogio speciale per il servizio della reception. La colazione è stata consegnata in camera e una copia è stata data ai bambini.

Ci sono molti specchi nella stanza. La finestra si affaccia sulla strada e puoi vedere la torre. Di notte è abbastanza tranquillo. L'igiene non è male. Non è lontano dal lago Nanhu e puoi raggiungere a piedi alcuni punti panoramici. Jiaxing è così piccolo. Ha un proprio parcheggio e la colazione è OK.

酒店位置很好，樓下美食店很多，停車方便，正好有位置。窗外就是南湖的南湖革命紀念館，風景秀麗，環境優美，空氣新鮮。
室內配備免費的按摩椅，還有隨時可喝的不同温度的飲水機。語音智能小助手，動動嘴就可以打開窗簾，房間寬大，乾淨衞生，廁所裏還有智能馬桶。
樓下免費的公共自行車隨時可以環遊南湖。

房間不是很大，但乾淨衞生很舒服，酒店有自己的遊樂設施，沒有沙灘，但是海水也很美，泳池很多韓國人游泳，餐廳很一般，吃飯了此生最難吃的炒飯，米飯堪比塑料顆粒。酒店的水域有很多海島和海星，浮潛可以看到小*魚，但很少。去阿羅納海灘有班車，一小時一班，沒有班車的時候酒店可以幫忙叫tutu車，100P，其實很近，但一般都這個價格，總體很不錯。

設施：房間有衣帽間，鏡子，書桌，外面還有一個陽台
衞生：挺好的，房間很乾凈。
環境：在大堂辦完入住會有人帶路去房間，整個客棧很大，會很繞。
房間的床頭沒有充電口，都是一排燈，充電需要去書桌那裡充，不是特別方便，因為這個房間靠近酒吧，晚上的話會比較吵，但是之前訂房間的時候還提前打電話問了一下可不可以換成稍微安靜一點的，當時接電話的前台説下單的時候備註安靜就可以了，然而到現場辦的時候還是跟我們説會有一點吵，但是也很貼心的跟我們説可以提供耳塞。
值得一提的是訂房間還送了早餐，早餐可以説是相當的可以，種類很多，還可以單獨下面，小餛飩。還有小姐姐問是否需要喝咖啡。吃完飯在客棧裏面逛一逛還是挺不錯的。

酒店地理位置很好，附近是城市報社，體育中心，市政府之類，環境優美，大堂也佈置得很喜慶，節日氛圍濃厚，而且酒店户外比較好逛。此外出行方便，離南湖景區很近，酒店設有充電樁。
客房服務超級好，事事有迴應，非常感謝！
個人感覺酒店更傾向於團體接待，當然散客小住一晚是沒問題的，畢竟節日期間的房價性比價是可以的，也很安靜，就是浴衞使用不是很方便

Il più alto rapporto costo-beneficiario finora soggiornato è l'hotel. Il servizio ambientale sanitario è molto soddisfatto. La TV non può vedere la notte chiamare la ricetta. L'immediato risolve la gente. Non è lontano da tutte le attrazioni. Il colazione e il ghiaccio sono stati tirati un po'di colazione e scattate una foto per dimostrare, Xiaxing mi ha lasciato una bella impressione.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to Silk Commerce Clubhouse and the team at the hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel’s interior is absolutely stunning and they serve delicious tea that we couldn’t stop drinking.

UUtente ospiteIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- Prima volta a Tongxiang dopo 4 anni. 7 notti in una spaziosa ”Camera d'affari” nell'edificio B con 2 letti singoli molto fermi che mi hanno dato un dolore superiore. (Non ho problemi di ritorno normalmente ...) Piscine piatte. Il condizionamento d'aria senza speranza ha lottato per raggiungere un basso assoluto di 23C e era rumoroso. (32C giorni e 26C notti.). Grande bagno con bagno. Doccia limitata con doccia a mano e doccia pioggia. Principalmente silenziosa a causa di una riduzione dell'occupazione e del traffico esterno. Giardino di bloccaggio. Punti di potenza internazionali con potenza USB ma si deve avere una pin terra se si vuole utilizzare un plug Aussie. (O rischiare di spingere manualmente la chiusura della terra.) Molti film inglesi liberi ora disponibili sulla TV in qualità ragionevole. Una cosa che ho trovato particolarmente utile è che è stato fornito un piccolo tubo di detergente per lavastoviglie liquidi e alcuni ganci sopra il bagno.
Non c'era nessun frigo in camera mia al momento dell'arrivo, ma una era stata fornita rapidamente, gratuitamente, quando le ho chiesto. (Svuota).
Grande centro commerciale a un isolato dall'hotel e piccolo negozio di tipo 7-eleven molto vicino all'ingresso frontale dove si può acquistare tsing taos per 6rmb.
Il buffet è stato piuttosto medio con meno opzioni e una qualità inferiore rispetto a 5* hotel simili. Era così sovraccaricato il domenica, con una prenotazione convenzionale, che molte persone non potevano sedersi, e la maggior parte delle mattine era ragionevolmente tranquilla.
Ottimo servizio in camera Riso indonesiano fritto.Ho anche il ”tutto che puoi mangiare” buffet per qualche notte, ma pensavo che fosse troppo prezioso per la qualità dei cibi disponibili a 138RMB (circa 30aud.)
L'accesso a Wi-Fi è ragionevole in tutto l'hotel e sono riuscito a leggere il mio Gmail, ma non a mandarlo. (Non riuscivo nemmeno a scaricare in Jiangsu.)
Non c'è opzione sulla pagina di prenotazione di viaggio per chiedere ”richieste speciali” per questo hotel. Neanche l'opzione per chiedere un piano non fumatori e non sono stato chiesto al check-in. Molto annoiante.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

1. Non appena sono entrato nella camera d'albergo, ho scoperto che il pavimento era molto appiccicoso.
2. La disposizione della stanza è un po' strana, di conseguenza il divano e il tavolo sono stati spostati.
3. (4721) La porta antipioggia non è facile da chiudere Oltre ai motivi sopra indicati, l'hotel cambierà camera.
4. Il servizio è molto positivo e ci ha aiutato a completare il cambio camera in tempo.
5. Quando sono tornato la sera, ho dimenticato di mettere i bagagli in camera.
6. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è buono. Di notte si sente il rumore del corridoio, dei calpestii e delle corse al piano di sopra.
7. La porta antipioggia della stanza in cui mi sono trasferito non poteva essere chiusa.
8. (4716) Si sente un suono finché c'è un po' d'acqua che scorre nella toilette. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nella posizione in cui cade l'acqua. Puoi provare a versare un bicchiere d'acqua e si verificherà un immediatamente il suono degli spruzzi.
L'executive lounge dell'hotel è buono e la fascia oraria è molto migliore di Andaz.
Il flusso della colazione non era molto buono. Molte persone erano affollate e agli ospiti veniva chiesto di trovare il proprio posto, il che ha portato alcune persone a litigare per i posti.
La posizione dell'hotel è a 15 minuti dalla metropolitana leggera e le attività commerciali vicine sembrano sottosviluppate.
Il servizio in generale è ok, ma ci sono molte aree in cui la camera non è all'altezza degli standard, probabilmente a livello di 4 stelle.
Le domande sono tutte nel video, quindi ricordati di attivare l'audio.

YYeung R ongIl capo è un uomo molto onesto e molto utile, e si muove per aiutarvi con tutto quello che avete bisogno. Solo informarlo di ciò che hai bisogno o dove vuoi andare e consiglierà il miglior metodo e anche aiutare a organizzare per il trasporto, servizi ecc al miglior prezzo. L'hotel si trova a soli 300 metri da Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticket center. Anche se non si trova all'interno della zona scenica, vale la pena rimanere qui perché ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi di comodità, parlocchi di massaggio, e tradizionali costume e compongono negozi che si può ottenere un prezzo migliore di quello all'interno della zona scenica. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche aiutato a organizzare un rickshaw per portarci una tour nanzha (parte meridionale di Wuzhen) che illustra più il stile di vita della gente locale con poche belle aree per la fotografia e per acquistare prodotti locali. Molti drammatici cinesi sono stati anche filmati nella zona di Nanzha, che il ricchishaw ha spiegato molto bene, ma in mandarino cinese. Anche lui ha aiutato a prendere belle foto per noi. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto da Wuzhen a Tongli a un prezzo ragionevole. Se viaggiate da Hangzhou o Suzhou a questo hotel, consiglio di chiamare il proprietario dell'hotel e chiedere a lui di organizzare una macchina per farvi venire da questi luoghi a Wuzhen, soprattutto se viaggiate in gruppi di 2-4 persone perché la Il proprietario dell'hotel è in grado di ottenere una macchina a buon prezzo. In generale, rimarrei in questo hotel se visitassi di nuovo Wuzhen, a causa della grande ospite e servizio del proprietario.

From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
