Located right in the old town center. Hosts are so helpful and friendly. Fresh fruit and nice tea served all day. The guesthouse is in a beautiful traditional house with courtyard. This is where you want to stay when you’re coming to Jianshui!!

We had an amazing time in Jianshui thanks to the hospitality and kindness of our hosts. We felt welcomed as in their home and we loved chatting over tea and fruits in the afternoon and trying some grilled tofu all together in the evening! We even received some roses for our bedroom when our hosts learnt that it was our honeymoon. We would love to come back!

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner for the wonderful BBQ Doufu gathering they organized for all the guests. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it truly made our stay even more memorable. The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special. This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time. Nice homestay, clean and the owners are so charming. The lady owner contacted us before arrival via WeChat, offering to pick us from the railway station, the charge is RMB 20 per car. It was a great offer since the car drop us off right at the front of the homestay. Should we have taken the Didi which was just a little cheaper, we would have to walk from the main road and drag our luggage to the homestay thru the rocky roads. Distance to the old city was short, very convenient.

Location is very near Zhu’s Garden. Room is clean and comfortable. The bosses are very warm and hospitable. Lady Boss Xiao Jin also prepared barbecue tofu and tea for us. Breakfast was delicious too! Jin also shared with us on the local attractions. Will stay again.

The guest house is just a few minutes walk from Chaoyang Gate, the eastern entrace of the old city. It's in a small alley, so very quiet. The rooms were clean and well-equiped. The owner lady was extremely warm and welcoming, offering all kinds of advice for first-time travellers in the town. There is usually a toufu-grilling and tea session in the evening when you can socialise with the other travellers. Breakfast started a bit late, but had a good variety of food.

千嶼在古城牆附近，在一個很安靜的小巷子裏，距離古城朝陽門走路5分鐘。住在千嶼有一種回家的感覺。晚上有保留節目烤豆腐，大家可以圍坐在院子聊天，還能和老闆一起品鑒普洱茶。老闆是一對回族夫妻，十分隨和，幫我們解決了租車、購買特產的問題，還給了很詳細的遊玩指引。 我想我還會回到建水，回到千嶼。

這家民宿是一對八零後的小夫妻開的 細節方面做的非常好 我們到了以後就親自來接 水果花茶招待 房間裝修也很有設計感 早餐也是我們來雲南吃的最滿意的 特別是老闆晚上讓我們圍在烤爐邊教我們烤包漿豆腐 這個氛圍感太好了

做了很久的攻略選擇了千嶼民宿，真正入住了才懂得民宿的意義，老闆娘是土生土長的建水人，不僅是建水豆腐一等一的好吃，上上下下幫客人備感冒葯、買草莓，看我行程時間緊張又沒提前買米軌火車票，專門騎車去車站幫我買，哪裡好吃哪裡好玩兒一問一個準兒，帶爸媽出來遊山玩水的我也倍兒有面子！來也匆匆去也匆匆，結果把相機落在了民宿裏，已經上高速趕往元陽趕日落梯田的我心急火燎的給老闆娘打電話，她沉着的口吻叫我放心去下一站不要耽誤行程，最後託人幫我捎到元陽順利取回，一點沒誤事，滇東南八日自駕旅行，雲南紅河真的好像回到家的感覺。

民宿很漂亮 老闆娘很温柔 早餐很豐富 風景很美 小姐姐人特別好 會提前聯繫到店時間 幫忙叫車 到了幫忙拿行李 泡茶 吃小吃 烤豆腐 推薦遊玩攻略 來建水的家人們沖沖沖 民宿位置距離各景點都很近 觀景台很漂亮 拍了很多出片的照片 還可以寄存行李 總之 非常贊

民宿超出我預期的好，老闆和老闆娘非常nice，很周到地提前聯繫、找好車位，還用小三輪幫忙運送行李。晚上大夥兒一起圍坐在烤爐邊烤豆腐，天南地北地聊天，很愜意也很開心。另外，民宿在古城偏外圍的居民區的小巷子裏，更加保留當地居民生活的樣態，鬧中取靜，走幾分鐘就到繁華的古城中心，也很方便。如果朋友有機會來建水，會推薦這家店。

好喜歡好喜歡這個民宿，房東小姐姐很細心，會幫忙定小火車的票，每天十一點前起床就會有免費的早飯，隨時起來隨時吃，樓頂有小觀景台，天氣好可以上去曬曬太陽，很放鬆，每天晚上房東小姐姐都會烤豆腐煮罐罐奶，還會微信告訴大家，天南海北的遊客們一起嘮嗑喝茶，真的好像家一樣😀
