The Jiangyin International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a wide range of delicious food and incredibly helpful staff at the reception. My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

Always nice to be there

Very nice hotel, recommend everyone Didn't expect that most staff can speak English....

However, I think that the hotel is fantastic, dont think that there is better location..?

Wonderful hotel! The room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself is very big, and near many interesting areas to walk in the city. I used to live in Jiangyin and always wanted to come back and stay in this hotel. It did not disappoint. I think a highlight was the breakfast. A nice selection with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurants are in the hotel are very good as well. My stay was the last few days of Spring Festival, so a few things in the area and in the hotel were closed, but it was still fine. I will be back to enjoy this hotel again, I am sure.

Excellent Service

清明節前帶父母來江陰吃河鮮，預訂了江陰國際大酒店。這個酒店是個老牌酒店，雖然裝修有些年頭，但養護的很好，房間乾淨整潔，住店還贈送了小水果。 25樓旋轉餐廳是他們的特色，可惜吃早飯是霧大周圍景色看的不清楚。早餐品種多樣，還有刀魚餛飩和河豚魚餛飩。如果覺得早餐的餛飩不錯，大廳還有他們自己食品廠的速凍餛飩。總體很滿意。

很多年前住過這家酒店，當時設施有些老舊了，好像前幾年重新裝修了一下，現在總體還算是比較新，總體乾淨整潔，服務也還挺好，衹是房間連咖啡都沒有，早餐種類也算不上多豪華，和價格相稱，所以總體入住體驗挺高的！入住的時候有一點歡迎水果，走的時候還給了個零食包，説路上餓了吃，挺人性化。

首先：差評 景色不錯，餐食還行，設備有點老，配的都是便攜沐浴露洗髮露，算了，老酒店可以理解，但是不能理解的是，下午1點左右辦入住，中午睡覺有人送水果，已經叮囑過了不要再敲門了，結果下午6點回來發現房間進過人了，打電話問前台，説是贈送的夜間服務。這就有點扯了吧？哪個正規的酒店當天入住當天打掃的？哪個正規的酒店無故隨意進客人房間的？我包還開在那裡，裏面還有還有上週取的現金，幾個婚禮打算隨份子的，反正搞得很不愉快，到現在為止，前台一直沒有給一個合理的解釋，所以差評

酒店位置在江陰市區繁華地段，離小黃山公園步行可達，鵝鼻嘴公園不遠，酒店服務態度好，早餐是旋轉式餐廳，能俯瞰整個城市全景。

客人臨時有事，所以沒有入住，當天中午兩點左右我到前台，商量退掉，並且我承擔部分費用，前台告知是攜程開票，然後無法退，昨天我攜程看開票，原來是商家開票，這種毫無誠信的經營，應該深刻反省，加強員工的教育，可以不退錢，但是要誠實，誠信，給江陰這座城市抹黑了。

我們房間景觀很好，可以看到長江大橋和江景，房間安靜，床品舒適，洗澡水很大很舒服。早餐可口，在旋轉餐廳邊吃邊觀景，酸奶特別好。

設施：算是比較典型的早期涉外酒店，設施很完善，雖然不是很新但維護得不錯 衞生：打掃得比較乾淨，沒有什麼衞生死角，不錯 環境：周邊配套不多，停車還算方便，吃東西的地方和超市都不多 服務：員工比較熱情，入住退房都很方便

房間乾淨整潔，服務員態度非常好，早餐在25樓旋宮，品種豐富，在用餐的同時可以俯瞰整個城市的風景，個人覺得很贊
