Generally it’s ok and it’s not the first time we stayed over there. What I can say is , even though we selected the non smoking room , the room has been used by smoker before. Hence it’s cigar smell. Apart from this , the drainage is very bad. We have complained from time to time before. And this hotel looks very nice but indeed when you use it , it’s not that user friendly. I would like to say to the owner , don’t only focus on the outlook. Inside is very important

There was no fridge in my room and I had to use the one in the reception. That was uncomfortable

酒店設施、衞生、環境、服務都不錯！外觀有點高大上，房間乾淨整潔，有小度幫忙做事，非常智能化。淋浴噴頭出水很大，洗澡非常舒服。穿過馬路就是江濱公園，出門走走，看看外海大橋也是非常愜意。出大門右拐就能找到不少美食，超讚！以後到江門還會選擇入住！

房間寬敞明亮，無敵江景，特別是浴缸，能一邊泡澡一邊欣賞江景別提多愜意了，而且還配有浴缸套，小細節不錯。小度可以控制房間空調電視窗簾和燈，很方便，晚上外賣是機器人送到門口，酒店管理再加一分。由於房間沒有小冰箱，叫前台送點冰上來，結果送了兩大袋，這個必須點贊！美中不足是馬桶有點點味（沖水能強勁，懷疑是地漏反味？），由於問題不大就沒反饋，這個不扣分但希望酒店能改進，另外就是我們住21樓，但晚上還是能聽到樓下k歌，最常聽到的是海闊天空，如果能點歌就好了，總體來説體驗很不錯，高級感有了，細節可以加強，有機會會再入住。一下酒店就是江邊，傍晚散步很舒服，附近的直沖村裡有不少地道每吃，沒去過的可以嚐嚐感受當地飲食文化，不過路不寬小車不太好走，酒店幾百米遠有個海鮮酒樓，每到飯點總是停滿歷史輛車，下次要去嘗一嘗。

最近入住了希岸Deluxe酒店，體驗超棒！一進大堂，獨特的香薰氣息縈繞，優雅浪漫的氛圍瞬間將我俘獲。房間佈置得精緻又温馨，法式風格的裝修盡顯格調，尤其是那張舒適的大床，柔軟得像雲朵，讓我一夜好眠。浴室的洗護用品香氣迷人，品質超讚。工作人員服務熱情周到，早餐也很豐富，中西式美食都有，口味很棒。下次還會選擇這裏！

入住前已跟客服說了想要一間安靜的房間，我一人住1811室，但我旁邊的1812由凌晨12點嘈到凌晨3點半。還繼續看電視，聊天，洗澡，吹頭髮。凌晨3點半，我要求轉房間，一位男職員拿房卡給我，我問他是不是我旁邊的房間一直吵，職員跟我說：「他沒有聽到任何聲音」，於是我走去1812室，只需站在門口，便聽到電視聲音跟聊天聲音，這家酒店的隔音非常差，這是一次不好的體驗。浪費了我幾小時訓教，但都依舊訓不到，慘！

酒店前台人員溝通下來就不是很靈光，面目表情，目光呆滯。三點多到，訂的兩個房間其中一個就沒有打掃好，然後一直等到四點都沒有給我們房卡。衹給一張房卡，多要一張還説房間不用房卡插電，我衹能解釋半天説我們兩個人，有時候不會同時行動，是覺得別人沒有住過酒店嘛…… 後面延遲退房，延遲一個小時，我説昨天你們交房也晚了，還犟嘴説沒有這種操作，正想發飆，後面還是妥協我們的需求。廁所的一次性馬桶套是套不上的，廁所邊緣還黏着黑色物體，也是醉了！環境不錯，但是要提升服務體驗吧！

春節期間入住，人手還是比較充足。酒店房間望咗去的風景著實一流，有橋景和紅樹林/濕地公園。停車位充足，而且附近也有很多食肆。房間設施保養還是不錯，時尚簡潔。不過酒店附近晚上人流著實不少，到很晚還是有點吵。

第一次住希岸品牌的洒店, 感覺非常良好, 首先有一個很大的停車場, 如滿了, 可泊地庫, 前台職員笑容滿面和態度很好，入住時送了一份下午茶，雖然只是凍咖啡和一件小蛋糕，但係都已經感覺很好, 房間極大，有落地玻璃，因住高層，所以視野10分廣闊，房間是智能的，所以可以係聲控關燈和關窗簾， 10分喜歡。
