Guesthouse Green Valley

This pretty guest house is just a 10-minute drive from the lakes. One disadvantage is that you have to drive if you want to go to a restaurant, although I think in summer there are some closer by. The rooms are bright and clean. Good value rooms, but the breakfast is a little expensive.

We had a lovely stay at this family-managed guest house near the Plitvice Lakes. The host was super kind and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. We had dinner at the house and it was delicious, breakfast was also well presented and had lots of options (including delicious home made jams). The property is only a 5min drive from the National Park entrance and has parking on site, perfect to relax after a long hike!

This hotel is nice but is not as advertised. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and had AC which was nice. However, if you do not book through *********** or whatever other hotel website they advertise on, and book through the hotel website you must pay in cash upon arrival. This was news to me when I showed up as the website DOES NOT state this anywhere, and I went through it several times to double check. The owner was adamant that it does in fact state it but when I asked where, he failed to show me. He did not know his own website and said that the manager would contact me. A week later and I am still waiting to be contacted about this. I don't expect to hear anything back from them. When I booked the room, my receipt said that I would be charged half at the time of booking and half the day before check-in but this did not happen. The owner said they don't charge anything so why did the website tell me this? This is absolutely not okay and to make me feel like I was in the wrong for not bringing enough cash with me because I booked through the hotel website is a poor way to treat your visitors. I do not recommend this hotel. Nothing is included, you have to pay extra, in cash, for breakfast and dinner, and the beds a very hard.

My sister, a friend and I stayed here for one night prior to visiting Plitvice National Park. Our room was super comfortable, clean and cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there too which was fresh and delicious. The location, just a few kms down the road from parking area 2 was very convenient.

Excellent stay at Green Valley, lovely Riom and friendly staff, great experience with both dinner and breakfast, while within 6min of entrance 1 of Plitvice Park by car. Really satisfied with this stay, especially at such an affordable Price!

Most exclusive stay in Croatia! New! Cosy! Silent! Beautiful materials, bed, shower! The owner helped us with the heating and delivered fantastic breakfast! We stayed one night before visiting the lakes. Via satellite you have access to multiple channels!

We had a great stay here over the weekend. The rooms were great, the service was even better. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is really nice and restful. We will definitely be back!

Was great spending the night there. Very close to park entries. The roo.were great. Owner Henry was very nice. Dinner and breakfast was good. I will recommend stayig there.
