我們住的房間竟然有一段沒有電梯。。。。讓長者怎麼辦 服務倒是挺好，位置適合觀賞老城，但是出行不方便

I came with a Belgian group and it was a very pleasant stay . The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the diner excellent . The view is breathtaking and we thank the staff for their friendliness !

This is my wife and I’s third stay at 7 Arches, even though the remodeling of the hotel and grounds has been in progress for quite some we love it here, the view of the Old City and the Temple Mount is spectacular! The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is great, the dining hall serves very good food! Our favorite time of day is in the late evening when the myriads of mosques announce the call to prayer, from the Old City to Bethany, for non-Muslims we enjoy it… We have no complaints!

A good hotel at reasonable price. Good service. Visit to the city is very convenient, the bus stop is on front door of the hotel. Great view of the whole city from front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Choice of cereal, eggs, different types of croissants, yogurt, olives , cheeses, juices , tea or coffee etc.

Fantastic location on mount Olive. Good wifi range and speed. A good selection of salads and 24/7 availability of coffee / chocolate machine. Plenty of open spaces on the first floor and outside to have group activities. Great views of all major attractions from the front porch

Vorsicht: ich war mit einer Reisegruppe hier und beim Aussteigen aus dem Bus wurden wir von angeblichen Hotel Mitarbeitern beklaut. Geldbörsen lagen später auf der Straße leer vor dem Bus. Der Besitzer des Hotels kannte sogar die 2 Diebe mit Namen und hat sich geweigert eine Anzeige bei der Polizei zu machen weil es "nichts bringen würde ". Einer der Diebe hat danach sogar im Internet mit seinem Erfolg geprahlt und die Info bekamen wir vom Besitzer. Bezahlte Zusammenarbeit? Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut, tolle Lage,große Zimmer und recht sauber.

약간 오래 된 호텔이지만 예루살렘성을 한 눈에 바라보며 또한 감람산 위에 위치하여 예수님의 행적을 걸으면서 여러 곳을 다닐 수 있는 멋진 호텔이다 위치로는 최고의 호텔이나 연식이 오래 되어서 호텔방 등이나 시설이 좀 오래된 듯하다 그러나 성지답사에는 최고의 위치 호텔이다

Después de 19 días de estar de viaje llegamos al este hotel, en recepción nos dijeron que bajarían las maletas de nuestro bus, las dejaron aventadas bajo una escalera, y al parecer no bajaron todas, dejándome sin maleta, ahora echan la culpa al chofer, a la empresa con la que estamos viajando, porque la maleta al parecer ahí quedó, muy mala experiencia del poco compromiso y responsabilidad de este hotel, en este momento estoy sin maleta, a la espera de que el día de mañana pueda estar en el bus, no lo recomiendo a pesar de su buena ubicación es lo único q tiene
