A bit run down but clean and an absolute bargain for the location - close to the old town but quiet too. Plentiful and varied buffet breakfast, very helpful front desk. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay there again

距離老城和新城都很近，乘車方便。
酒店外觀雖不太起眼，但房間乾淨、沒有異味，洗澡水足，房間涼爽通風（六月份屋裡十分涼爽，我沒開過空調），早餐雖不能與大酒店比較，但挺不錯👍，餐廳服務員太好了👍

L'unico motivo per scegliere l'hotel è la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta di Erode e il prezzo sotto la media di Gerusalemme però bisogna scendere molto a compressi.Le camere sono da 2 stelle appena ,la colazione di qualità appena sufficiente.Il personale di reception si mette a disposizione per ogni cosa e anche I ragazzi delle colazioni sono molto disponibili.La cosa brutta è che al 100% il personale delle pulizie ha preso dei souvenir comprati a Betlemme (dove poi non siamo più tornati,immaginate il nostro dispiacere !!!)A qualcuno nelle recensioni di booking era sparito un ebook perciò hanno qualche problema su questo fronte!

Great hotel. Room are a little dated but lobby area, canteen and common areas are modernised. Food is super super amazing here. Strongly advice you go minimum half board. That you marina for excellent housekeeping. Staff extremely hospitable, friendly and kitchen staff love cooking for guests and serving the guests.

We stay 2 years at the same hotel.Breakfast very good,good place not far from Damasc Gate !Nice people,nice hotel,good food,very friendly.They help us all the time when we ask something..Anetta thank you,you are so nice 🤗🤗🤗

We stayed there 2 nights while touring the Old City of Jerusalem. It was so close to Herod’s Gate(a few blocks) we did not need any transportation. They serve a nice breakfast spread that included countless varieties of authentic Palestinian delicacies. It is an all u can eat free Buffett included in the price of your room. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were air conditioned with windows. Our room even had a nice patio overlooking city. The hotel was a little old but clean and neat and well kept. I would definitely return to the hotel on my next visit to Jerusalem. While it is a very nice 3 star, it only cost a fraction of a 5 star. And we were out most of the day touring. So it made so much sense for my family. I would also strongly recommend it to others!

The best part of this hotel is the Front Desk service. They are all nice and very helpful people working at the desk, and will help with just about anything. The rest of the staff is friendly too. A mostly comfortable and quiet hotel in a good location, if you don't mind older furniture and bathroom facilities. Overall a great experience here.
