Situato in posizione centralissima proprio all’ingresso della zona pedonale, l’hotel è in un palazzo storico ristrutturato nelle parti comuni mentre le camere sono più datate, soprattutto per l’arredamento e il bagno. La colazione non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle, si potrebbe decisamente migliorare. Il parcheggio dell’hotel, a pagamento, è situato dietro l’edificio ed è abbastanza scomodo perché in realtà è un’area in parte coperta da una tettoia che può accogliere pochi veicoli, ed è un po’ una soluzione di fortuna. Nel complesso comunque abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e la città è incantevole.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo, è proprio un nell’ambiente con spazi ampi ma senza eco, arredamento di stile etnico tecno molto fashion, corridoi ampi ben illuminati, stanze perfette, letto comodissimo, frigo fornito, pulizia … tutto davvero ok. Io però non ho pagato un prezzo basso ne ho usufruito di un’offerta, è un 4 stelle e si fa pagare, quindi dovrebbe fornire la connessione Wi-Fi in camera senza disservizio per tutto il tempo della mia permanenza. Di sera verso le 22.30 mi sono rivestita per scendere nella hall e ho chiesto alla reception di risolvere la mancanza di connessione, la persona addetta ha anche resettato il Tp-link del primo piano, ma quando è andata via la connessione è scomparsa. Sono arrivata all’ora di cena e ho chiesto dei suggerimenti su cosa fare, la signora mi ha segnato tre nomi di ristopub su un foglietto dicendomi di cercarli su google Map, non mi ha parlato del rito dei tre bicchieri di cherry (che ho scoperto il giorno successivo) e nemmeno mi ha parlato dei Tabancos… peccato Avrei preferito una stanza senza facility per utilizzatori di sedie a rotelle

We had a comfortable 2 night stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and responded to emails and questions promptly. They helped us book tickets for a bodega that we were having issues with the webpages. We did use the on-site parking. The parking was a little challenging to find, but happy to know the car was safe on-site. The room was a little noisy in the morning from the street noise (city hotels can be like that). Closing the shutters and curtains helped to keep the noise "muffled" so I still slept well. The breakfast was generous and delicious. We thought it was odd that there wasn't a shower in the room (we booked a junior sweet) - just a bath with a hand-held shower nozzle. It is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location, we walked everywhere. Visit the tourist office for a helpful map with a list of places to visit.

A truly delightful stay. Situated centrally and with easy access to bars and restaurants. We booked a junior suite and were delighted with our accommodation. Very clean, very beautifully decorated with some lovely art! Breakfast more than adequate! Very highly recommended.

Lovely stay in the heart of Jerez set on an old cobbled street. Offered a free upgrade at check in and the room was huge with what is probably the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. Great breakfast but not self service . Parking was easy but at a price. Would recommend or visit again

When you get to the property people greet you and worry about your car parking, how you feel, what you need, and after all of that is attended, you register. The hotel is as cozy as people working in it. The rooms are outstanding, with everything you need even if you forget something. I dont remember spending better nights than here! The restaurant deserves a Michelin star too! If I go back to that area of Spain, I will sure stay at the Palacio Garvey!

Great location in Jerez. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and served by very good staff. Ideal for seeing the city as it sits just on the edge of the main atea

Right in the middle of town, on-site parking (at extra cost) and a really comfy bed. Whilst it might have been a little while since the rooms were refurbished, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms facing the road have a cracking view, but it can get a little noisy. Breakfast was included in our rate. It was continental but quite substantial.
