Consigliato!! La posizione è 🔝!! Camera ok, molto spaziosa con piccola cucina, da rivedere un po’ la pulizia del bagno, essendo tutto in vetro diciamo che si dovrebbe pulire molto bene per poter vedere tramite il vetro, la pulizia del resto della camera ok; il terrazzo davvero bello di fronte alla spiaggia; il personale gentile ma con scarso inglese, solo 1 su 3 ragazzi della reception che ho incontrato io ha avuto una padronanza della lingua inglese adeguata per poter capirsi con i turisti stranieri.

Il primo viaggio della nostra famiglia è stato molto bello. Siamo andati a Jeju dalla Mongolia. Siamo molto felici di aver lasciato ricordi meravigliosi.😍😍😍

The hotel is located near Hamdeok Beach. You can see the sea when you go out, and the scenery is beautiful. There is a convenience store downstairs where you can eat instant noodles.

Sorry but not sorry for this terrible review. 1) counter staff don’t speak a single word of English (and that’s fine) but never even bother to google translate for me. Entire check in process, he just looked at me with absolutely NO verbal communication, which is also closely related to some other problems that I am going to list down 2) I booked a room for an ocean view but seems like was given a partial ocean view. 3) website says toothpaste and toothbrush are provided, but not in room. Went down to the counter staff, can’t speak anything but showed me some information sheet in English which has no relation to toothpaste or toothbrush which I was asking about (I actually showed the toothbrushing action to him) 4) The cup in the room was dirty, obviously not washed 5) No bathroom floor mat. So after shower, just come out of the bathtub dripping wet 6) bathtub is not built-in (it’s ok) but also not leveled to the floor. So when you stand inside to shower, the bathtub is just bumping side to side and people in the room probably wondering what you doing in the bathroom This is the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed. Not even worth to stay if I was paid.

I wish I could have gotten my money back (neither trip.com nor the hotel was willing to, even though we left our room after an hour and didn't return after booking a 3 day trip), because the hotel was not as it appears in the pictures. For instance, they now share the hotel with another hotel group, so the lobby isn't as pictured here. The hallways are a mess. Is there really a rooftop pool now? They said we couldn't go to it. Location very convenient as close by the beach, however there’s no services by the hotel, lots of restaurants close by, good food n nice view

We had a small room I. Second floor, directly facing the ocean, view vom the balcony was nice. You even have an ocean view from the bath tub. Room was quite bright in the morning since the bathroom had no sun blocking curtains an is just separated by a glass walll from the rest of the room. Great value for the money. Convenience shop in the building, restaurants etc. Close by.

Great location easily access to beachside and famous foodies nearby, but there’s unpleasant odour along the room corridor (might be due to the wet carpet)

The location is just amazing, the Ocean view room has breathtaking view, the beach is literally in 2 min walk, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, the receptionists were really sweet, polite and helpful. I put 4 point out of 5, even though the room was cleaned perfectly each day with fresh towels, but the hotel itself could do some renovations, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. But for us it didn’t really matter, we had the best stay at this hotel and completely satisfied Picture 4 and 5 is the view from the balcony
