In mid of the mountain, fresh air, beautiful forest, it’s good to get away of the city. Room is modern and clean, staff are helpful with smile. You can see the nature, birds, horses, deers. Food is good. A very relax and pleasant experience.

The room is excellent and the staff was super nice, they were willing to drive us to the hotel room. The day that I went was quite foggy, thats why didn't go out for dinner, instead we stayed and tried the dinner buffet, the food was okay, not expensive

What an incredible resort! Visiting in December, during a particularly snowy week, the service of the staff was amazing and super accommodating, and each member of staff were friendly and hospitable. The views from this resort are breathtaking, right up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, my kinda place! The bar on 3F has a fantastic view over Jeju, looking toward the airport, and the cocktails are great. Would visit again ✨

This was such a relaxing and romantic stay. The outdoor bath with our room was especially nice. The hotel restaurant’s spread was excellent as well with lots of gluten free options (although it was fairly pricey) - but you could easily get a taxi into town for meals and adventure. Overall, I would gladly go back for some R&R.

Awesome resort with luxurious interior. We even have an outdoor bathtub and private garden. Superb experience here. The staff are friendly and polite too. Will recommend this place to my friends.

Since we paid more than 3000 HKD per night, it was way too expensive for the room they provided. So called deluxe family suite (old wing)was just the first floor of a small old 2-storey villa. It felt like 20 years ago design. There wasn’t even a proper 2-seater sofa in the living room. The closet was only a 1-door wardrobe that of a one man size. However, service was friendly and nice. All the staff were quite helpful. Hope they can review the price and put it more reasonable.

Room was impeccable and service staff was top notch. Everyone was kind and very helpful. Amazing scenic views perfect for a couples get away. Would recommend to all and rebook again!

房間乾淨整潔，服務員也很熱情，支持中文服務，房間裏的物品都很高檔，老婆超級滿意，下次去濟州的話我感覺還是會住這裏，在漢拿山的山腰空氣真的超級，唯一就是離市區比較遠，不過酒店可以幫忙叫車服務。喜歡安靜的首推

住了三晚濟州島琥珀璞山度假村酒店,酒店早晨的空氣非常好。獨立住處非常安靜，不用擔心什麼樓道里説話的,退房拉皮箱打擾聲音,獨立屋住處安靜舒服。泡了温泉,池子是户外的,蟲子多有蜘蛛網,要自己動手清洗才可以用。蟲子用紙裹着拿起來扔,邊角蜘蛛網用手持噴頭對着沖洗。從池子衞生看來工作人員不是每天打掃的,這個要是改進一下每天工作人員把池子打掃乾淨,這樣酒店就是更加分了。景色很美

一點服務意識都沒有的酒店。房間設施老舊，打掃衞生也很馬虎。連續住了4天，體驗很糟糕。唯一的優勢就是安靜。如果不包車出行，交通非常不便利。泳池也就那樣，腳還被劃破好幾處。

賓館在漢拿山半山腰，附近有個很大的馬場和高爾夫球場，自然風光秀美。位置稍微有點偏，離繁華地帶寶健路開車20分鐘，所以最好選擇自駕。 賓館像一個小農場，設施完善且新。室內或者院子裏可以泡温泉，室外可以去露天泳池chill或者和小動物互動欣賞大自然。如果天氣不好或者帶娃出行比較累完全可以在賓館裏玩一天

房間夠大，設備也不錯，床品很舒服，洗漱用品比較高檔。但是房間室外的Spa池，似乎長期沒人用，有蜘蛛網不説，池子裏比較臟，根本無法使用。我們衹能擺拍一下。也許是户外生態太好的緣故，還有不太好聞的氣味，第二天下大雨，居然有兩衹樹蛙跳進池子裏。建議提前告知客人，或者入住時是否該主動先清理打掃一下水池。 值得稱道的是户外的環境，位於漢拿山的半山腰，有馬場，有户外雕塑等作品。散步很舒服。還有最近無邊游泳池停止使用，也很遺憾，不過酒店送了客人5萬韓元的酒吧消費券，也算是一種彌補吧。此外汗蒸房不錯，住宿客人可以免費體驗。
