Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 4 giorni nel mese di febbraio 22 come parte del pacchetto di quarantena. Camera fantastica con tutti i circuiti digitali controllati sia cortine, illuminazione, sistema di raffreddamento. Belle camere spaziali decorate. Il cibo era meglio di quanto si aspettasse. Essendo vegetariano, so che le mie opzioni saranno molto limitate, ma il cuoco mi ha davvero aiutato facendo paste di verdura e panini falafel, ecc. Vorrei rimanere qui di nuovo, certamente non sotto il pacchetto di quarantena, per esplorare ulteriormente le strutture disponibili. Qui vorrei ringraziare in particolare il gruppo di ricezione (scusate, ho dimenticato il nome della signora e del ragazzo della ricezione) che erano sempre pronti a aiutarmi e a aiutarmi a ogni passo durante la quarantena. Uno si fermerà in questo hotel.

È un hotel a cinque stelle ma ha ancora bisogno di alcuni servizi. C'è uno staff scortese che lavora con un cattivo umore che fa sentire un visitatore come se stesse arrivando gratuitamente comunque mi piace l'edificio e mi diverto con la colazione.

Excellent hotel, with gorgeous view on the corniche. This hotel is excellent in all aspects. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable. All rooms have a balcony, and for those that look on the corniche, the view is gorgeous. Cleaning service, handled by Mr. Alamin during my stay, was thorough. The breakfast is rich and varied, with first-quality ingredients and dishes, plenty of fresh fruits and juices, well-brewed coffee, and a chef that prepares delicious omelets on order. Service is generally very friendly, and I was always greeted with a smile. The car service is always on time, and efficient (it is handled by Budget, which outsources to external drivers).

Sono rimasto per 4 settimane consecutive. E' la mia seconda visita all'hotel. E' un hotel con camere d'appartamento in realtà. Ho soggiornato anche tre anni e mezzo fa per 2 settimane. E' molto comodo. Si sente a mio agio immediatamente. Le camere sono spaziose e sono molto pulite. La selezione del colazione è conveniente. Gli straordinari (lavanderia, cena in casa) sono molto ragionevolmente prezzi.

I am staying at Carawan Hotel Jeddah since 8 days and have a reservation for another 4 nights Yesterday I found couple of small cockroaches in the room and complained about them to the receptionist and he started smiling as if this a a normal thing for him and promised me to change the rooms within no time Nothing happened and I went out and came late Today again I found cockroaches crawling on the bed and went down to the reception immediately and again he promised to change in half an hour Waiting for an hour I went down and was told that the “labours” are on break and will be back after half an hour I asked him to connect me to the manager and he refused to give me his no and upon my insistence he called him and His excellently the manager refused to speak with me and I was told to go back to the room and wait I am also refused refund as this is a prepaid online reservation house keeping is on ”request” and not on daily basis
