Golden New Al Safa Hotel

The rooms are exactly how is on the picture.Only what I didn't like that when we entered in the room had a little musty smell,but after we opened the window it was okay.There is nice cosy coffe shop onthe ground floor.Restaurants nearby the hotel.There was only 1 set of towel for 5 person but then we requested and they gave to us.The staff is nice,helpful.It is half an hour drive for main tourist attractions (for each place).I would recommend for those who want a stay within budget.

No towels, I asked twice the reception but they ignored me. I requested wake up call but again nothing happened. No security, you can open the room door without the card key.

This was a horrendous experience. I arrived after midnight, taxi couldn't find the property, called their phone listed on *******, no one answered and I ended up staying for one night at a different hotel. When I showed up the next day I was told that my reservation was cancelled and had to make a new reservation at a higher price. Also, I didn't get a refund for my cancelled reservation. The AC in my room was so loud I had to turn it off so that I can sleep. Carpet in the TV area was filthy to say the least. Staff was very nice and the neighborhood is lively.

Good comfortable hotel Good hotel with comfortable beds. We stayed in a two bedroom suite.

Nice room Our room was very nice , I booked the suit with one bedroom king bed and the other one twin beds, I liked everything the check in and out was easy although I arrived earlier , the only thing I didn’t like the room cleaning service they don’t come to clean your room unless you ask for it also the room needs a microwave and utensils.

This hotel is right on the corner of the main boulevard. The area is full of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place. I wish they had their own restaurant.
