I am staying at Carawan Hotel Jeddah since 8 days and have a reservation for another 4 nights Yesterday I found couple of small cockroaches in the room and complained about them to the receptionist and he started smiling as if this a a normal thing for him and promised me to change the rooms within no time Nothing happened and I went out and came late Today again I found cockroaches crawling on the bed and went down to the reception immediately and again he promised to change in half an hour Waiting for an hour I went down and was told that the “labours” are on break and will be back after half an hour I asked him to connect me to the manager and he refused to give me his no and upon my insistence he called him and His excellently the manager refused to speak with me and I was told to go back to the room and wait I am also refused refund as this is a prepaid online reservation house keeping is on ”request” and not on daily basis

Si trova nel quartiere di Tahlia, sicuramente una bella zona molto comoda per raggiungere il lungomare e il caratteristico quartiere di Al Balad (”Jeddah vecchia”). L'accoglienza è stata ottima e, in generale, tutto il personale della reception è molto cortese e professionale. La camera è piuttosto silenziosa e spaziosa con due letti da una piazza e mezzo e un bel divano. Lo spazio contenitivo, invece, non è organizzato bene, perchè c'è un armadio praticamente vuoto con un'anta con alcuni ripiani ma nessun cassetto. Nell'armadio, tra l'altro, erano presenti solo due appendiabiti e quando ne ho chiesti altri ne sono stati consegnati alcuni del tipo di quelli usati dalle lavanderie. Mi è capitato di rientrare due volte nel pomeriggio inoltrato e trovare la camera ancora da rifare, segno di un'organizzazione un pò da rivedere. In ogni caso, le pulizie, quando fatte, sono abbastanza curate. C'è una bella palestra e una piscina abbastanza grande sul tetto. Probabilmente andrebbe curata un pò meglio la pulizia dei lettini. La colazione è molto varia e di buona qualità.

Ottimo luogo. Bello hotel pulito, potenti docce calde, pulizia giornaliera. Non prenotare colazione o altri pasti in anticipo, più economico per pagare il giorno (8 sterline di colazione / 15 sterline di pranzo o cena). Buffet semplice, non la scelta più ampia, ma decente. Beve 5 sterline a pranzo solo in basso. In generale, un buon soggiorno. Taxi fuori cercherà di sovraccaricare se. metri non è in funzione. Assicurarsi di rimettere il metri prima di ogni viaggio o solo prezzi il tuo viaggio sull'app Uber prima di dare un'idea di che viaggio dovrebbe costare.

1. Ho avuto dispositivi europei. Non c'erano convertitori. Questo era il mio terzo hotel in ksa e l'onlz che non aveva convertitore. La ricezione cercava di risolvere il problema, mi mandò un tecnico che ha fatto una soluzione tempo per un dispositivo ma, onestamente, era così cattivo.Non avere convertitore 2. Mentre ero fuori ho cercato di contattare la ricezione molte volte come ho dovuto chiedere circa l'atms intorno . Era dopo mezzanotte, 5 volte ho chiamato e nessuno rispose 3. L'hotel è molto lontano dal centro Jeddah 4. La stanza è fredda, anche se il tempo è caldo e acc ho chiuso. 5. Ho andato a 3 hotel come detto in 10 giorni in ksa, questo è il meno che mi sia piaciuto. 6. Non mi piacerebbe tornare a questo hotel , anche se il personale è così amichevole , ma ho avuto l' impressione che quando avevo bisogno di aiuto , non è successo nulla . Ma l'atteggiamento del popolo era gentile per essere onesti, ma alla fine del giorno non sarei tornato

Se siete allergici al fumo o non fumatori non arrivano vicino a questo hotel. Infatti, le camere odore molto cattivo, perché sembra che il sistema sanitario possa essere difettoso. Questo può essere il motivo per cui continuano a sprayre fresher che lo rende ancora peggio per le persone allergiche. E quando ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza Abdulrahman ha detto che non aveva camere vuote, anche se un altro ospite è venuto più tardi e ha ricevuto la scelta di camere

Ho trascorso un fine settimana li nel mese di marzo. Hotel è ben situato - tranquillo quartiere, anche se a volte è difficile trovare un parcheggio auto adatto - parcheggio hotel è pieno e lo stesso va per la camera circostante è spazioso - ho prenotato una suite esecutiva 2 camere - è perfettamente adatto per un familia di 4 Ristorante Cozy - corrispondente a dimensioni dell'hotel - buffet per colazione è stato incluso nel prezzo. Varietà OK Lobby è un po 'piccolo, hanno una fitness con una piscina coperta - piccolo uno - Edificio apparentemente è vecchio... mobili nelle camere , lobby & ristoranti sono esauriti e devono essere cambiati In generale l'hotel con i suoi prezzi & servizi è Vale la pena di rimanere lo consiglio per le famiglie torno di nuovo

Eccezionale

The Aluya Hotel is situated in the Al Hamra area of Jeddah and a perfect position for getting around both in a taxi or walking. The location is very close to Palestine Street which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and leads to the middle corniche. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed. There was a beautiful aroma in the air and the entrance way and ground floor area well presented. I have to say that a stand out for me about this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all delightful, welcoming and eager to make your stay the best it can be. I would like to thank all the staff but in particular Naif, Nadia, Samar and Ahmed Bin Afif (the owner). They are clearly all working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The facilities of the hotel are superb. I reserved a deluxe king room and on arrival for one night I was upgraded to the executive suite. What a wonderful treat that was. The hotel thoughtfully provides all the traveller may need. There are nice toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee and water, good air conditioning, entertainment and if required an iron on request. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and I was afforded a nice view from the room. My room was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was served on the 6th floor. The choice was very good. They have traditional breakfast items and then also continental breakfast items. There is plenty of tea and coffee and juice to accompany the breakfast and the restaurant is really pleasant and provides a fantastic view. They also encourage guests to visit this area of the hotel at other times of the day to enjoy tea or coffee. While I was there I was served Saudi Arabian coffee by Hamid. He took the time to explain to me how the coffee was made and it tasted delicious. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a hotel in a great area, with really nice facilities, at a very reasonable price and that is staffed by wonderful people, look no further than The Aluya.

Camera fantastica con tutti i circuiti digitali controllati sia cortine, illuminazione, sistema di raffreddamento. Belle camere spaziali decorate. Il cibo era meglio di quanto si aspettasse. Essendo vegetariano, so che le mie opzioni saranno molto limitate, ma il cuoco mi ha davvero aiutato facendo paste di verdura e panini falafel, ecc. Vorrei rimanere qui di nuovo, certamente non sotto il pacchetto di quarantena, per esplorare ulteriormente le strutture disponibili. Qui vorrei ringraziare in particolare il gruppo di ricezione (scusate, ho dimenticato il nome della signora e del ragazzo della ricezione) che erano sempre pronti a aiutarmi e a aiutarmi a ogni passo durante la quarantena. Uno si fermerà in questo hotel.

AAchim We.Frühstück ist super. Zimmer mehr als komfortabel. Bad ist klasse und immer sauber. Pool ist klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Fitnessraum ist klasse. Sevice ist perfect. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Werde bestimmt wiederkommen!! Ach Parkhaus ist kostenlos, super. Das Zimmer ist sehr leise.

Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

MMelindaLe camere sono esattamente come è sulla foto.Solo quello che non mi piaceva che quando entrammo nella stanza aveva un po'di odore di merda, ma dopo aver aperto la finestra era tutto a posto.C'è un bel caffè a posto sul pavimento.Ristoranti vicino all'hotel.C'era Solo 1 set di tovaglioli per 5 persone ma poi ci abbiamo chiesto e ci hanno dato.Il personale è bello, utile.È mezz'ora di guida per le principali attrazioni turistiche (per ogni luogo).Raccomando a coloro che vogliono soggiornare all'interno del bilancio.

LLimÈ devastante chiedere una fattura per 2 mesi per il mio 5 giorni di soggiorno. Chiamate sia il manager che il desk front - Ahmed e Shaker e stanno solo dando il servizio di labbra senza azione! Mi è stato chiesto di trasferirmi in un altro hotel durante la stagione ramadán senza preavviso e mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato meglio di questo hotel. Ho pagato e chiesto il rimborso, perché ho dovuto trovare un altro hotel lo stesso giorno, ma è stato respinto. Quello che voglio dire è che il livello di responsabilità del manager in questo grande hotel Jeddah è molto povero. Non rimarrò mai più in questo hotel

NNormarliahCamera spaziosa, mobili ben decorati, che dà alla camera un senso accogliente. Il letto è comodo. Gli mobili sono completi con le attrezzature nella camera. Tutto è buono e come previsto, tranne che il tessuto e le tende devono essere puliti/sostituiti. L'hotel non ha colazione, ma ci sono negozi e supermercati a piedi dall'hotel, quindi il cibo non è una questione. Non tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel parlano inglese, ma c'è qualcuno che può aiutare.

Camera presa dopo l'atterraggio,non penso ci sia bisogno di una reservation. Prezzo 150 euro a camera(la tariffa cambia in base alla durata sosta). Camera pulita,spartana ma confortevole,eravamo in 3,ciabatte di cortesia solo per una persona,ricircolo dell'aria rumoroso e senza possibilitá di spegnerlo,peró davvero comodo. Scendi dall'aereo e vai direttamente al Terminal 1.
