E'stato buono. Belle camere.Il personale era molto amichevole.

L'hotel è situato sull'autostrada. Così facilmente disponibile per tutte le zone vicine. Le camere erano fantastiche. Il personale dell'hotel è così umile e supportivo. La cena è anche molto buona e faranno secondo la vostra scelta che è il migliore che abbia mai avuto. In generale, darò 5 su 5 stelle. Ogni volta che arrivo, ho scelto questo hotel per soggiornare.

An established hotel on 2nd and 3rd floors of a shopping complex known as the supermarket. As a foreigner, the extensive check in procedure was handled smoothly. Had a non-ac room with a balcony overlooking the street which was clean. There was a leak from the toilet cistern, but then again what basic indian hotel has perfect plumbing? the street was busy as expected, but quietened down late in the evening, except on rama navami when the balcony provided a great ringside seat to view the celebrations. There were numerous helpful and courteous uniformed staff. They came round and replenished the mosquito deterrent every evening. The bloke operating the lift was always cheery.

Location is on the main road within easy access to road, rail & air transport. The menu is very limited so you have very less choice. Specially a single traveler will have to order a full dish but cannot finish it alone, so you have to waste a lot of food. The rooms are cleaned daily & they maintain high cleanliness standards everywhere. The linen & towels are clean so it is good. I did not see any security guard at the door. During my entire stay i went to their restaurant for breakfast only once. Though it was a buffet spread there should have been at least one waiter in the room to check on the guests. No one was available & i was left to fend for myself. All in all a plea-sent experience. Nothing great but not bad too all

First day hotel chetna manager not confirmed my booking, they allotted my booked room to other persons. They shown another hotel to stay but that hotel is cleaners and surrounding not good. I felt uncomfortable and bad regarding this.
