So we first stayed here in October 22 , due to location , staff really friendly and welcoming, so we booked again for March 24 with family this time, staff remembered us and greeted us like we were family , Kamal the resturant ***ager was great the first time and this time was also great , he treats all his guests like family and is very attentive to your needs, always smiling and Priya at the restaurant always smiling and very to talk to , got us the best chai in the morning to start our day off. In the bar Banty, remembered us from last time and was always pleasant and would offer advise on what to eat and drink, will be coming back in October. Guys you make guests like me to come back again and again. To the rooms, very clean and spacious, cleaned everyday. Only one issue we’ve had is the WiFi not always working!

The overall look of this hotel is beautifully designed as ***aged always clean tidy with staff available. Grated by friendly security staff, there is a really safe and welcoming feeling. There are ***y young staff members who are enthusiastic, hard working and keen to give the best service lead by more experienced staff who do their jobs with ease and professionalism. This dynamic really give the place a lively homely feel. I also really enjoyed the food, so ***y different choices, and as an English person was helped to navigate some unfamiliar items on the menu. The menu and food was my favourite part of the stay and I loved the interaction with the chefs who also cook a fresh selection of options in addition to the main buffet. I loved the room which was clean and well presented and room service was efficient and to a high standard. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I ever find myself in India. The Maya Hotel has a lot to be proud of, thank you everyone!

Travelled with family. Check in was quick and easy although it would have been helpful if the staff gave us information about the hotel, ie time of breakfast, hotel facilities. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. It was cleaned on a regular basis to a good standard. Housekeeping were very good. Breakfast was good with a good variety and you could order eggs, paratha, dosa etc. However, please order from the waiting staff rather than directly from the chefs as orders often got lost in translation. We also had lunch at the hotel which was good as well as evening al a carte and buffet. All the food was exceptional. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful especially Beauty and Harjinder at the restaurant. Pool was very cold, some heating would help. Hotel bar was quite pricey. We had some massages at the hotel which were very good and good value too. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel however, it was overshadowed at weekends by drunken and boisterous Russians who were staying at the hotel long-term. They would start their loud music and drinking from early morning to late evening, especially by the pool so we could not use it. Staff seemed helpless to intervene with the unacceptable behaviour. Would I stay here again? Probably but not on a weekend.
