Hotel in zona Toko Harum Wangi, Giacarta

We stayed at room 807. Plus points-water pressure is great! Televison channel is okay. Toilet has no bidet-I was shocked and upset. Eateries are plenty. Tanah Abang grosir is less than 600metre. Some facilities in room quite rundown. There were ants at the sink in the bathroom.

Really appreciate with all staff and all services Hotel. New newness hotel near central of Jakarta and Tanah Abang. I recommend the room with swimming pool, nice and calm situations. The first day is really good, even the noise come from beside room, and you can asked for moving room (the reception ana will give you as long they still have available room) Breakfast very crowded and no one staff restaurant take the dirty plates glass on your table😤 its like you self serving. But so far the hotel really good. I like the lobby interior, they have guci at the coridor room. The smell really good at every area hotel.

Second time staying at yellow bee 🐝 It's always a hassle free check-in and convenient stay. Thank you for Mas Ichsan for helping me during the check-in process, he was super helpful and informative and definitely friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The place is located in the center of the city so it is easy to get around.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Didn’t expect much for a very cheap hotel. Really appreciate that they still serving the best. Atleast got water & aircondition was well-functioned.

I stayed at this hotel lat week on 1st till 3rd August. During my stay at this hotel, I received excellent, friendly service that met my expectations. I was very surprised and happy when I was told my room had been upgraded to an executive room. Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant, reception especially Ms Judith for the excellent service provided and also Ms Diana from housekeeping for cleaning the room when staying here. For breakfast there are many choices and it's delicious, only the second day you have to change places because the restaurant has a lot of guests. Anyone who stays here, you have nothing to lose and no regrets because of the excellent service even though the staff at the entrance are not friendly. I am very satisfied here and will come back again when on vacation in Jakarta.

Siamo stati qui per 2 notti, è stato davvero confortevole... l'hotel è buono, pulito, le strutture sono ok, anche il personale è molto cordiale... anche la posizione è ottima, il cibo è davvero delizioso, soprattutto nuotare con un vista diretta sugli edifici di Giakarta... quindi l'esperienza più recente... consigliata per viaggi da soli o in famiglia... la prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qui...

Situazione molto buono e facile accesso ai servizi, cibo e bevande. La colazione ha una vasta gamma di opzioni sia locale, asiatico e occidentale, ma sarebbe bello con un caffè e un bar di succo di servizio di base. Le camere sono un po' inghiottite e piuttosto piccole, considerato il prezzo, anche se sembra che la maggior parte delle altre opzioni nella zona siano anche molto costose.

All the staffs are very kind and sincere. The room facilities are top notch. The view is amazing, especially from level 80, I can see city lights at night and see the fog covering building of Jakarta in the morning. The location is very close to Bundaran HI landmark, MRT dukuh atas station n Transjakarta bus stop which can bring you to airport or even to outskirts of Jakarta. However there are areas for improvement: 1. I requested a birthday greetings, but apparently they forgot. After I told to the reception, they then did it. It will be better if it was ready from the beginning. 2. The housekeeping forgot to provide daily water bottle. It will be better if they provide water gallon in the room to reduce efforts of the staff and improve sustainbility & efficiency. 3. Menu offered in buffet breakfast was very limited. Its like a 2-3 stars hotel. Most product sourced from imported goods. If the hotel really commit to sustainability please consider using local/indo made products which are cheaper n reduce the carbon footprints. Then you can allocate your budget to provide more variety to the food. 4. The hotel have 3 elevators. But only 2 were functioning. During busy hours like breakfast in the morning and check out time, we waited very long for the elevators. It will be better if the hotel operate all three during busy hours.

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.
