Hotel in zona Taman Bank Raya, Giacarta

Le persone che si pagano per questo non si aspettano lusso.Il personale di check-in è eccezionalmente amichevole. Tuttavia, se la vostra stanza è situata accanto a un generatore (può essere per l'AC) avrete un rumore ripetuto che suona come un'auto che riavvicina il suo motore tutto il giorno e la notte. Sono un sonno pesante, quindi non mi ha colpito, ma i sonnolenti leggeri dovrebbero prendere atto.

Simple but great hotel, that is adequate and a great patio for breakfast; rooms at the back very quiet bypassing the noise of the street. Far from the hip tourist area, bit more local feel. Azam is the best to help you with anything you need!

Very difficult to tell. It is totally not an Okura prestige from Bangkok. The staff is very polite, but too many small errors: +++ Eagerness to help staff Breakfast very good and abundant enough Deep bath Electric heated toilet with internal bidet Room atmosphere. Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

Mi piace il concetto, una bella stanza e un personale amichevole. Il bar di tetto è così, la musica giocata non era molto da godere (in/off).. Full of DJ's friend that I feel it was a private party that if it was then I should not be there. La colazione era buona, i cibi sono deliziosi.

I stayed at this hotel many times, this would be my second home, I love the room , it was clean and comfort, the receptionist dian was nice and help me to book the room everytime I stayed there. The little problem is only the air conditioner, sometimes it was cold but sometimes a bit warm, however overall the hotel was a good choice to stay !

Good places in south Jakarta. Near a lot of good places. I wish you guys can clean the floor before the guest check in. But for the bed quite clean. Overall good price

L'hotel è così bello. Mi piace l'odore della camera, coperchio e asciugamani, ma la AC è vecchia e ci vuole tempo per rendere la stanza fredda. Bfast è buona.

La grande esperienza di soggiorno a Gran Melia Jakarta. È un grande lobby come il primo passo in hotel. Il servizio è stato eccellente e le nostre richieste sono state presto prese in considerazione, soprattutto il personale della casa, della sicurezza/Bell Boy e dei conti di ricezione. In generale, un'esperienza fantastica di soggiornare in questo hotel e sicuramente restare qui di nuovo se ritorno a Jakarta nel prossimo futuro.

Il mio recente soggiorno doppio a Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta ha presentato un'esperienza contrastante, mostrando l'evoluzione di questo hotel appena aperto. Il soggiorno iniziale è rimasto molto da desiderare, con glitches qui e là. Date le novità dell’impianto, avevo aspettato un’esperienza senza sottili, ma purtroppo non lo era; ma durante il mio secondo soggiorno, il filo d’argento si evolve, trasformando la mia percezione. Il personale di Citadines Gatot Subroto si è dimostrato il cambiatore di gioco. Durante la mia seconda visita, la loro reazione e l'aiuto erano eccellenti. Questo cambiamento positivo ha contribuito in modo significativo al miglioramento della mia esperienza complessiva. Mi aspettava una bella sorpresa, mentre la mia stanza era stata aggiornata alla prossima categoria, offrendo un ambiente più spazioso, e la stanza stessa era dotata di strutture funzionali, tra cui frigo, microonde, lavatrice e altro ancora. Questa comprensione concisa ha migliorato la comodità e il comfort del mio soggiorno. In sintesi, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta ha subito una trasformazione positiva. Mentre le prime lampade erano un ritorno, il personale attento e gli alloggi migliorati durante il mio secondo soggiorno hanno ricompensato l'esperienza generale. Poiché questo hotel aperto di recente continua a raffinare le sue operazioni, mi aspetto ancora di più in futuro. Raccomandato per coloro che valgono personale utile e servizi funzionali in un istituto in crescita.
