Hotel in zona Musium Bahari, Nautical Museum, Giacarta

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

kinda old school type hotel, good maintenance, but not at all sectors, few cracks on pool floor, old hair dryer in bathroom not functioning, fridge of course is not functioning as well, parking lot kinda dark and quite like in old factory, toiletries and amenities is quite well equipped, bathtub available in each room

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience

Molto bella stanza con un toccamento moderno e minimalista, il design è così unico, anche la via di via sembra una galleria d'arte. Hanno messo alcune natura come pietre, giacche e alberi in luoghi davvero bello, quindi non si sente stanco e c'è molto di aria aperta, è una bella fuga a Jakarta. Il colazione è stato anche grande! Non un grande buffet, ma, hanno buone varietà per cibo occidentale e asiatico che possiamo scegliere dal loro menu, il server anche davvero attento e veloce. In generale, mi piace l'ospitalità da parte di tutti i membri del personale, dalla sicurezza, dall'ufficio frontale, dal pulizia e dal server del ristorante.

Grande camera con letto confortevole e bagno funzionante con servizi di base come la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, anche un distributore di sapone. L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale (è letteralmente all'interno del centro commerciale), quindi qualsiasi tipo di strutture come il supermercato, l'atmosfera, il ristorante/caffè sono trovati a est. Solo un feedback per la stanza è che ci sono molti glitch in ogni canale televisivo, quindi è piuttosto disturbante.

Staying at Superior Room. Room is compact but clean and comfy. TV needs to be upgraded as the quality of visual is bad (statics). I had to ask for bathroom mat. They didn't provide it. Cool way to serve water, by dispenser in the hallway. Staff were helpful and quick. Thanks a lot!
