Hotel in zona Mitratama, Giacarta

Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

Camera pulita e decente, anche il personale è disponibile. Riuscito a recuperare e un oggetto. La zona circostante è tranquilla, anche se un po' lontana dalle altre zone è piuttosto tranquilla, il che è positivo.

L'hotel è convenientemente situato e la stanza era grande. Ha un buon wifi, un comodo letto e un bel posto di lavoro. Il colazione era anche buono. Ero un po' preoccupato che mi potesse essere dato una stanza di fumo, ma mi hanno ordinato quando sono entrato.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

Perfect location for city lovers as it is very close to public transportation/LRT-Busway. Walking distance to plaza festival, setiabudi mall, Epicentrum (on renovation at the time). The place it self used to be Citadines and now changed into habitare, was here on 2019 and nothing changed except the name and deteriorating facilities. Aside from the friendly front desk, no upgrade at all, the room is just as before, we stayed at a one bedroom, spacious, lots of storage, the bathroom was quite dirty, the sofa and bedding and the towels were worn out, don't start with the pool, there is no towel, no guard, and the jacuzzi located along with the toilet looking just as tired as all around it, the toilet have no soap. I skipped breakfast so I don't know how the food was. Last, they only have 2 elevators, so there was long queue and crowded most of the time our suggestion; Just upgrade everything before it's too late.

Molto bella stanza con un toccamento moderno e minimalista, il design è così unico, anche la via di via sembra una galleria d'arte. Hanno messo alcune natura come pietre, giacche e alberi in luoghi davvero bello, quindi non si sente stanco e c'è molto di aria aperta, è una bella fuga a Jakarta. Il colazione è stato anche grande! Non un grande buffet, ma, hanno buone varietà per cibo occidentale e asiatico che possiamo scegliere dal loro menu, il server anche davvero attento e veloce. In generale, mi piace l'ospitalità da parte di tutti i membri del personale, dalla sicurezza, dall'ufficio frontale, dal pulizia e dal server del ristorante.

I couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend
