Hotel in zona Masjid Alhuda, Giacarta

Molto bella stanza con un toccamento moderno e minimalista, il design è così unico, anche la via di via sembra una galleria d'arte. Hanno messo alcune natura come pietre, giacche e alberi in luoghi davvero bello, quindi non si sente stanco e c'è molto di aria aperta, è una bella fuga a Jakarta. Il colazione è stato anche grande! Non un grande buffet, ma, hanno buone varietà per cibo occidentale e asiatico che possiamo scegliere dal loro menu, il server anche davvero attento e veloce. In generale, mi piace l'ospitalità da parte di tutti i membri del personale, dalla sicurezza, dall'ufficio frontale, dal pulizia e dal server del ristorante.

Grande camera con letto confortevole e bagno funzionante con servizi di base come la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, anche un distributore di sapone. L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale (è letteralmente all'interno del centro commerciale), quindi qualsiasi tipo di strutture come il supermercato, l'atmosfera, il ristorante/caffè sono trovati a est. Solo un feedback per la stanza è che ci sono molti glitch in ogni canale televisivo, quindi è piuttosto disturbante.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Molto soddisfatto, la prossima volta continuerò ad essere all'hotel, è che fuori dalla finestra è una chiesa. A volte sarà molto timido la sera, ci sarà anche un suono la mattina. Il suono non è molto buono, è pieno di punti.

L'hotel è convenientemente situato e la stanza era grande. Ha un buon wifi, un comodo letto e un bel posto di lavoro. Il colazione era anche buono. Ero un po' preoccupato che mi potesse essere dato una stanza di fumo, ma mi hanno ordinato quando sono entrato.

I stayed at this hotel lat week on 1st till 3rd August. During my stay at this hotel, I received excellent, friendly service that met my expectations. I was very surprised and happy when I was told my room had been upgraded to an executive room. Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant, reception especially Ms Judith for the excellent service provided and also Ms Diana from housekeeping for cleaning the room when staying here. For breakfast there are many choices and it's delicious, only the second day you have to change places because the restaurant has a lot of guests. Anyone who stays here, you have nothing to lose and no regrets because of the excellent service even though the staff at the entrance are not friendly. I am very satisfied here and will come back again when on vacation in Jakarta.

We enjoyed the hotel and staff were helpful, good selection at breakfast and excellent cold draught beer at the bar. However when we left we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us to the high speed rail terminal at Halim. When the taxi arrived I asked the doorman to confirm to the driver where we were going. But the driver took us to halim airport not the high speed rail station and drove off before we realised. We then had to take another taxi to the rail station which took 15 minutes and cost the same as the taxi from the hotel. We were frustrated. A bit more attention to the request and conveying that would have saved us stress and expense. Otherwise a good stay.

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

Ho soggiornato al preferito hotel Glodok per l'ennesima volta... questa volta ho ottenuto la camera 9019 alla fine... la camera era ok come al solito, pulita... l'unica cosa che mancava era che l'aria condizionata non era abbastanza fredda. .. il canale TV non era un granché e infine mancava anche il segnale wifi... da migliorare ancora. La colazione finora, quindi... Ma ne vale la pena in termini di prezzo per un hotel a 3 stelle Buona fortuna sempre
