Hotel in zona Masjid Al Ihsan - Menara Bank BTN, Giacarta

L'hotel nel centro della città e vicino a tutti i luoghi, purtroppo il condizionatore d'aria è fugato e l'acqua è morta nel doccia e l'acqua calda non è calda, per tutto il resto è buono

This is my second experience stay in fave hotel (Zainul arifin), great to stay in this hotel again. The hotel location really help me to go anywhere because strategic location.

Hotelnya gelap, di depan gedungnya tulisan hotelnya ada yg mati dan gelap sehingga sulit ditemukan. Berada di dalam kawasan ruko², tidak di pinggir jalan, sehingga tamu harus jalan jauh utk masuk ke area hotel. Jendelanya tertutup dg ornamen² di luar gedung, sehingga tidak bisa melihat pemandangan apapun. Gelap sekali. Di dalam toilet ada kecoa kecil. Ruangan agak engap dan gelap. Dan jalan menuju kamar jg agak horor.

Ho soggiornato al preferito hotel Glodok per l'ennesima volta... questa volta ho ottenuto la camera 9019 alla fine... la camera era ok come al solito, pulita... l'unica cosa che mancava era che l'aria condizionata non era abbastanza fredda. .. il canale TV non era un granché e infine mancava anche il segnale wifi... da migliorare ancora. La colazione finora, quindi... Ma ne vale la pena in termini di prezzo per un hotel a 3 stelle Buona fortuna sempre

Il hotel è stato molto consigliato da MaxOnehotels.com Platinum a chiunque visita la Giacarta a causa delle mie esperienze personali. Il centro economico, i centri di interesse e i centri di interesse sono molto vicini, e i trasporti come taxi a moto, tutu, taxi auto, MRT, BRT, autobus sono al passo. Molte buone pranzi sono a piedi di distanza. Tutti i membri del personale sono eccezionalmente amichevoli e utili. La posizione è strategicamente situata con la stazione Harmoni, un collegamento impt, a soli 200 m. Il letto è messo è molto accogliente e confortevole. Sono molto felice di dormire qui. Hanno buon cibo al salotto superiore con una vista molto buona 310 gradi, haha, perché gli altri 50 gradi si trovano di fronte alle Spreads Buffet. Grazie a tutti i membri del personale che mi hanno reso la mia permanenza qui più memorabile e piacevole, soprattutto Emma e Agnes dal front desk.

È un pozzo. Ideale per il solo. Ci sono molti lavoratori quando sono arrivato pulire (calmo, discreto e professionale), pulire i bagni, docce, pozzi ecc .... Così il suo super pulito e fresco. Ho dovuto anche andare alla stazione Gambir per catturare un treno. Il viaggio di viaggio da parte della strada è stato fatto a un prezzo più alto, e sono tornato a Bobobox, hanno ricevuto aiuto da Denny e Joe, che hanno fatto un buon lavoro per chiamarmi e hanno organizzato un trasporto a un prezzo equo, al picco delle 5:30. Joe, il personale Bobobox mi accompagnò persino in strada e aspettava che il trasporto arrivasse e insegnasse al conducente la mia destinazione e che io prendo un treno e devo arrivare in un momento specifico. Siamo stati qui per 2 notti, è stato davvero confortevole... l'hotel è buono, pulito, le strutture sono ok, anche il personale è molto cordiale... anche la posizione è ottima, il cibo è davvero delizioso, soprattutto nuotare con un vista diretta sugli edifici di Giakarta... quindi l'esperienza più recente... consigliata per viaggi da soli o in famiglia... la prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qui...

The room is good , the bathroom is clean and the facilities are complete enough. The hotel near the trans jakarta around 10 minutes by walking and near the spot food. The service is excellent and all staff are friendly.

Un hotel davvero buono ed economico, è incredibile quanto spesso venga aggiornato a Harris quando in yello?

My title say it all: this my worst experience regarding staying in a hotel. I even had to moved to another hotel after just one night, although I have booked for 2 nights. From location point of view, this hotel has a great location due to its closeness to malls and attractions. The exterior of this hotel is pretty convincing too with office-like exterior. I arrive at this hotel and park my car at the basement, which is dark and shady. The basement also have limited space. Then security greet me, just to collect parking fee, and I need to pay it full according to my 2 nights plan (geez!). The fee is 5k IDR/night, so I ended pay 10k. Going to the lobby, I can feel the old and gloomy vibes of this hotel, and also it is not really a nice and neat hotel. Sofas at the lobby, but also you can they pile up some supplies at the corner of the lobby. Lobby also not very well air conditioned. Check in was so-so, but deposit of 250k IDR is ridiculous for a small hotel like this. During this Covid-19 situation, health protocol is not implemented correctly. Guest entering the hotel without temperature check and hand sanitizer only available at receptionist. Hotel put some sign that guests have to use mask in hotel area, but ridiculously none of the hotel staff use masks! Therefore I think that the sanitation of the hotel due to Covid-19 will also not be performed well to the rooms and other public area. After check in I proceed to my room at 6th floor, just to find my room card didn't work I go back to reception, and this staff girl casually only took their master card and open my room without actually fix my room card. At later time, I complained it again, and they took their machine to update my room's door sensor. The room was good at first sight, but after I check it some problems found. The electric saver (the one you put your card to turn on the light) didn't work, when I took the card, the electricity is still on. No security latch at the door. The door bell doesn't work. Cleanliness is borderline poor, stains observed in the linen. No complimentary mineral water, tea, nor coffee, although they provide a electric kettle. Don't even think for slippers, it just not exist in the room. Not so long, I started to see some little insects crawling in the room. It just the worst thing to see in a hotel. The room also give cheap impression because of some room amenities choice such as cheap plastic clothes hanger and cheap plastic tissue box They only give limited amenities in the bathroom as per OYO standard. Stains can be seen in the toilet, and in the floor. The hotel provide rainfall shower which filthy and doesn't give a good powerful rainfall. The staff in the hotel doesn't engaging at all: lousy uniforms, no greetings, lack of manner, they talk loudly in the lobby in front of guests, they put their chips and cookies in the reception counter. They just really need to improve themselves. I honestly can't believe how this hotel can be rated as 3-star
