In generale, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno presso Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit Citygate e lo consiglierei per un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente a Jakarta.

L'hotel è situato a 30 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto e attraversa il parco di Kalijodo.La maggior parte del tempo entra in hotel e è bloccato, quindi se vieni da un'altra regione di Jakarta, gestisci il tuo tempo. Se hai bisogno di mangiare cibo mosce, il cibo che ci viene fornito qui è un grande problema, perché molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel non sono ristoranti mosce.La dimensione della stanza è buona, e la stanza dell'hotel offre frigo e cassaforte. Non mi piace la finestra dell'hotel perché è molto sporca e sembra che non sia stata pulita per anni.Il distributore di sapone nel bagno è vuoto.La colazione è semplice e non è speciale.È facile trovare un taxi davanti all'hotel. Il minimarket è vicino all'hotel, e la fine dell'attività è alle dieci di sera.

Ho soggiornato al preferito hotel Glodok per l'ennesima volta... questa volta ho ottenuto la camera 9019 alla fine... la camera era ok come al solito, pulita... l'unica cosa che mancava era che l'aria condizionata non era abbastanza fredda. .. il canale TV non era un granché e infine mancava anche il segnale wifi... da migliorare ancora. La colazione finora, quindi... Ma ne vale la pena in termini di prezzo per un hotel a 3 stelle Buona fortuna sempre

This hotel is perfect for budget travellers, location is strategically located in the heart of Central Jakarta and a lot of food stalls outside, there's even a laundry shop near to the hotel and very cheap! Probably not the best but my stay here was great! Price is pretty affordable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Grande posizione e servizio, la stanza è pulita e non ha nemmeno odore. Usano tappeti nei corridoi, rendendo un po' difficile portare i bagagli con voi. Alcuni rumori possono ancora essere sentiti dall'interno della stanza e le strutture sono molto basilari.

Condizione dell'hotel - molto buono Camera - media(richiesta di non fumare ma dammi una camera da fumare al livello 2. Il corridoio puzza davvero di fumo) Vista esterna della stanza - molto cattiva(livello 2 finestra di stanza che si trova davanti alla parete di cemento e si può vedere qualcos'altro che cemento ... che vista!) Posizione - molto buono dal suo vicino al centro commerciale e un sacco di posto per mangiare lì Servizi - molto buono(avere spazio per lo sport e lavanderia che il viaggiatore può usare) Pacchetto per colazione - Tutti i cibi forniti sono davvero fantastici. This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Molto soddisfatto, la prossima volta continuerò ad essere all'hotel, è che fuori dalla finestra è una chiesa. A volte sarà molto timido la sera, ci sarà anche un suono la mattina. Il suono non è molto buono, è pieno di punti.

Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

We went to Jimbaran Barbeque Buffet in this hotel (every Friday night). Food - all seafood is fresh. Have to try their Jimbaran rice! Ambience - It was on their pool area and accompanied by live music since beginning of buffet at 1800. Great way to have dinner Staff - friendly and helpful. Esp Deni and Satria have been very responsive to inform us on the seafood availability and clear our table every now and then. Overall great experience that you need to try!
