Hotel in zona Hall B2, JIExpo, Giacarta

This hotel is perfect for budget travellers, location is strategically located in the heart of Central Jakarta and a lot of food stalls outside, there's even a laundry shop near to the hotel and very cheap! Probably not the best but my stay here was great! Price is pretty affordable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

kinda old school type hotel, good maintenance, but not at all sectors, few cracks on pool floor, old hair dryer in bathroom not functioning, fridge of course is not functioning as well, parking lot kinda dark and quite like in old factory, toiletries and amenities is quite well equipped, bathtub available in each room

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

L'hotel è convenientemente situato e la stanza era grande. Ha un buon wifi, un comodo letto e un bel posto di lavoro. Il colazione era anche buono. Ero un po' preoccupato che mi potesse essere dato una stanza di fumo, ma mi hanno ordinato quando sono entrato.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. I couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend 

Grande camera con letto confortevole e bagno funzionante con servizi di base come la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, anche un distributore di sapone. L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale (è letteralmente all'interno del centro commerciale), quindi qualsiasi tipo di strutture come il supermercato, l'atmosfera, il ristorante/caffè sono trovati a est. Solo un feedback per la stanza è che ci sono molti glitch in ogni canale televisivo, quindi è piuttosto disturbante.

Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta è in una posizione ideale, dove il centro commerciale Kota Casablanca è a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Il deco e la disposizione dell'hotel erano impressionanti. La stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita. Il personale era cortese e amichevole. Ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti. La colazione era enorme e il cibo era delizioso. La stanza che ho soggiornato in aveva problemi di AC e i tecnici non potevano risolvere questo; mi è stato offerto di trasferirmi in un altro stanza sullo stesso piano - questa era un'offerta giusta. Se ritorno a Jakarta, mi aspetto di rimanere ancora qui!
