Hotel in zona Cosmo Terrace, Giacarta

Le strutture sono buone, l'aria condizionata è fredda, l'igiene è pulita, l'ambiente è buono, il servizio è attento, il prezzo è molto pesante, il trasporto è conveniente, ma sinceramente, molti panini sono morti almeno 40 panini due notti, spero che l'hotel cambierà, Fate in modo che la stanza non abbia un cappello e un po'di gente.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Very good room for couples.... comfortable place and nearby with shopping center

Hotel location is nice, a short distance into a rather small alley. Car accessible, but lobby is very small and often parked with cars. Main selling point is location as it's within walking distance to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. There are plenty of local eateries around the hotel, and it seems to offer better option than the breakfast which is very very basic. Hotel only has 1 elevator so at times you need to wait for quite a while. Plus they don't have a service elevator so at times you'll be sharing the lift with housekeeping trolleys etc. Soundproofing is rather bad - I stayed at the end of a corridor and can clearly hear the elevator chiming every now and then so if you're a light sleeper - be warned. Overall, given it's price, cannot complain. But personally I'd consider spending some more and get a better hotel.

Second time staying at yellow bee 🐝 It's always a hassle free check-in and convenient stay. Thank you for Mas Ichsan for helping me during the check-in process, he was super helpful and informative and definitely friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The place is located in the center of the city so it is easy to get around.

Situazione molto buono e facile accesso ai servizi, cibo e bevande. La colazione ha una vasta gamma di opzioni sia locale, asiatico e occidentale, ma sarebbe bello con un caffè e un bar di succo di servizio di base. Le camere sono un po' inghiottite e piuttosto piccole, considerato il prezzo, anche se sembra che la maggior parte delle altre opzioni nella zona siano anche molto costose.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, my experience at hotel was nothing short of excellent, and I can't wait to return for another stay.Thank you so much

Siamo stati qui per 2 notti, è stato davvero confortevole... l'hotel è buono, pulito, le strutture sono ok, anche il personale è molto cordiale... anche la posizione è ottima, il cibo è davvero delizioso, soprattutto nuotare con un vista diretta sugli edifici di Giakarta... quindi l'esperienza più recente... consigliata per viaggi da soli o in famiglia... la prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qui...

A pochi minuti dal centro di convezione di Jakarta e dai centri commerciali popolari, si trova convenientemente vicino alla principale autostrada che collega all'aeroporto di Soekarno Hatta. Il Coconut Club offre un'esperienza di cena di tutti i giorni, mentre il Bistro vi accoglie con l'aroma di caffè fresco. Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!
