Location of property is good for business traveler, cleanliness in room is average, availability of water in loo is poor, brushing, shaving kits are not available, towels gives a feel of old/overused. In short experience was poor

The location of hotel is its usp. There is fort view from the room itself. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and have the rajasthan touch. Very comfortable stay. Good food as well.

Stay for 2 night. Hotel room were good and staff behaviour was great. I will suggest to stay there if you will go to jaisalmer

The location was okay, near jaisalmer fort. We booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff were friendly, and i felt safe during my stay. The room was acceptable; however, it was not very clean, slightly dusty, but the basic room and bathroom facilities were good. Despite this, the room was spacious enough. Additionally, hot water was available 24/7.

Food is excellent
water supply is very poor. In the morning when actually warm water is needed there is no supply of warm water.

Room was good, washroom was very well organised. Really liked the hospitality of the people there. Hotel is in the best location. I strongly recommend to book this hotel in the first go.
